Spacious Home w/ Tranquil Patio ~ 29 Mi to DC!

Only issue was it was very dry. Needed a dehumidifier. Otherwise it was a great home.

The heating and cooling system is to noise

The house is a little aged and the patio is nice but could use a good cleaning, but the property was as advertised. It was well stocked and had plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect for us and close to everything we needed.

It is a great spacious location. The backyard is as lovely as the pictures show.

The housebwas morebthan we had expected, its very spacious, clean, beautiful backyard, spacious outsude parking for 4 cars. There is door parking but it was locked. Updated appliances, including showers (great water pressure). We wish to have enjoyed the house more, but we would definitely return!!

I secured this property so that my family could attend my nieces high school graduation. We had a Celebratory Barbequed for my neice before leaving to travel to the states we live in. Excellent AccommodationsThank you for your Hospitality

The house was very large and inside looked very nice and had very great bathrooms. Definitely well worth the price. I only have a couple minor complaints; the beds were probably the worst part of the house, specifically the mattresses, probably some of the worst I've slept on, additionally, the stairs down to the basement were very short, so always felt a little dangerous going up and down them. While the house was very clean, we did find what appeared to be mouse poop stuck to one of the extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, more than likely wherever the supplies are stored, might have a slight mouse issue, so would recommend the owner to check their supplies before moving them into the house to make sure they are clean. Also, the dining room has way too many chairs set out, like a good 4-5 extra chairs which really cluttered up that area. And finally, more of an annoyance, but the listing has 2 refrigerators on the amenities, and while that is true, one of them had a note stating that it was for owner use only, so it's a bit misleading to have the listing mention 2 fridges but only have access to one. Besides those small gripes, the house was great and me and my family mostly enjoyed our time there.

I was looking a place for stay for the graduation of my marine in fort Meade and I found an essential piece for my family reunion . The place was magical and make the reunion a success. The house is fully equipped trust me . The most memorable was dinner in the lovely table with the chandelier. Thank you for making this short vacations one of the most beautiful memories that I’ll have .

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed. The neighborhood was quiet. The back yard was one of the best features of the house! It was beautiful and we had a great afternoon outdoors. This is a great property for a large group. There are many places in the house to gather and relax. The dinning table is large and can accommodate 12 people which is perfect for a big group. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware for larger meal preparing. Our group of 12 was very satisfied with this property. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great location to visit DC and attend family reunion.

Property was as pictured and very spacious for our large group. There was plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Baltimore, Annapolis and DC. We enjoyed the different family areas in the home so we could spread out if we wanted. Also enjoyed the patio and flowers and koi pond. Would stay here again.
