Large Home with Private Pool, Gym, Sauna, 7 Bedrooms, Sleeps 21

It was a gorgeous and spacious abode with many attractive and useful amenities from the many beds, to the fireplace, to the gym. Amongst many other things. Would love to stay here again.

April the housekeeper was very helpful. Property was clean easily accessible to nearby stores, airport, etc. Owner was easy to get ahold of as needed.

Host was very welcoming. House very spacious and clean. It can definitely use some updating.

The home is a little outdated but worth the money… In a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard for kids to play, nice neighbors that understand. We had my daughters baby shower in Baltimore and so 4 families stayed there comfortably. One room has 4 beds which was perfect for the kids. The ass says 2 bathrooms but really it’s 3! Extra refrigerator in the garage and lots of coolers/games. All my guest said it forced them to socialize! And the Kitchen and Pantry are packed with leftovers. We did run out of toilet paper and Had to move the sofa to find something and that was bad. Lost the remote and the housekeeper stopped by within hours and found it. So I am giving a 5! The small things didn’t matter with how much my family really enjoyed themselves! The space and quietness are a 10!

We did a guys golf trip hitting courses around both Baltimore and Washington DC. We didn’t spend much time at the property but plenty of rooms and beds and perfect to get a few families together and meet up for a vacation

Overall we had a great weekend. There are a few cosmetic updates that could make the property more appealing, but overall it was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the supplies that we needed for the weekend. The outside of the house and the yard space were beautiful. It’s very spacious and was great for our family. An unexpected pleasantry was the housekeeper with whom we interacted in order to get an early check-in. She was exceptionally pleasant and very kind when we met her in person. Overall, it was a great experience.

The property was nice very spacious and beautiful inside. Weather didn't permit the use of the outside facilities which was also very nice.

The host, Mr.Church was very nice and answered my call when l could not find something. The only complaint that I have is the third floor carpet needs to be replaced. It is old and stained and does not compliment the home at all. Overall I had a nice stay.

We were in town for my loved ones funeral. It made our stay much easier to get through. My only negative is the only 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bath on main level. It’s a beautiful property from a lovely family. I really appreciated they provided enough paper goods for our stay as well.

The pictures do not do this house the justic it deserves. It was so beautiful clean and bigger then what i expected. Plenty of room outside and inside We were there to do a small celebrationof life for my husband and had all our immediate family there . Even the cleaning lady was amazing.We will definitely be renting this house agin next year.

We used this property for a two-day off-site work retreat and it afforded plenty of space for team building and many breakout strategic conversations. Appreciated the open layout and the significant amount of storage as well.

The home was absolutely perfect for our group's special occasion. We had appropriate 40 guests, with 9 staying overnight. The home came equipped with so many useful amenities, more than enough rooms and beds for a large group, and very clean and organized. The other ladies and I had a blast hosting our retreat in Douglass' amazing wooded home! Mr. Church was a wonderful host, very responsive and super kind. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others.

I had a family of 18, each couple had their own rooms and bathrooms weren't far from them. A few single adults shared a room. We really enjoyed our stay and mainly our talks on the porch and in the backyard, enjoying the weather and view. Seating inside and outside is perfect. The house is huge and it was perfect for our group of 18 and a few guests after USNA graudation. We loved the private neighborhood feel and quietness. We slept well. Property owner is very nice and accomodating. He travels outside of the country so might need to allow for a extra few days for a response through VRBO but he provided other contacts if needed during our stay. The water heater did go out and it was fixed next day. Overall our east coast stay was good.
