Spacious Home in Helen w/ Porch & Balcony!

Our family had a BLAST while visiting Helen. This home was PHENOMENAL! We loved the spacious rooms (one room on each floor, with a trundle bed in the loft as well). The living room seating was abundant (two couches with 4 recliners), the fire places on both floors were a nice touch (both having a timer to turn on/off), the dining room table was large and excellent for family games, there was a bathroom on all three floors, new appliances in the kitchen, and the hot tub was AMAZING! This house is not far from town, only a 4 minute drive from the gate house, with plenty of vehicle parking at the house. This location was PERFECT for our family of eight and we enjoyed our time there! Thank you for the quick responses and convenient communication! We would gladly stay here again in the future!

The house was vey nice, very well equipped. We are an older group of ladies and there was a lot of steps but otherwise we really enjoyed the place. The area was gorgeous, the weather was perfect.

There was a couple discrepancies between the house and the description of the house. With that being said we had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful and spacious. We will do this again in the future.

We had an issue with the hot water. No hot water the first night. Had to wait until noon for the service person to come out. He did fix the issue, but the next morning there was no hot water again. Our contact did well in scheduling and informing us of when the service people were coming. They offered a refund for two of the 3 nights we stayed, but only ended up getting one night refund. I don’t think that was fair especially since we left a day early due to the water issue and the interruption in our plans having to deal with the service people.

We loved this home! It’s close to Helen but not so close so you hear anything. So quiet. There is so much space and the back porch was wonderful. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub, and the communication with the host. The house has games, puzzles and everything you could want in a home. We enjoyed the suggestions for restaurants and welcoming atmosphere the owners gave us. We didn’t want to leave!

Great property have stayed there twice and will rent again.

This was a great house with a wonderful view. The home was close to Helen town center. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay.

We had a great experience at this home! Every floor having its own bathroom made it super convenient for our group, and there was plenty of space and privacy. The house was clean, well-stocked, and located in a quiet golf course community that felt peaceful and safe. We also appreciated the ample parking, which made things easy for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly what we needed. Everything was in great condition. The downstairs was a great area for the kids to hang out. The neighborhood was beautiful and very well maintained. We had no issues getting there and the hosts weee super responsive. The house was a very short distance to downtown. Would fully recommend for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

This is a great property but it is not being taken care of properly. We had issues everyday and had to call the fire department out. This was my second stay at this property and it was my last stay at this property.

The house was absolutely beautiful and extremely close to the shopping center and the owners were very helpful and nice

This property is located just a mile from Helen. It offers clean rooms and hot tub. When I had to talk to owners about an issue they responded right away and had the one issued fixed within 1 hour. I would recommend this to others.

Location in a gated community in the mountains is just beautiful. Spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities included. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Loved the location very peaceful, safe, hot tub, If you’d like more privacy I would definitely rent out basement that can be accessed through main home. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We enjoyed our time at this cozy space! Beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the couches watching TV. We loved the great location to downtown Helen!

My sister & brother-in-law had never been to Helen and the north Georgia mountains. The home we rented was perfect! The home was in a gated community which made us feel safe and the porch and balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful setting. The home was very clean, and the amenities were a nice addition.

Our stay in this lovely spacious home was perfect. Everything we needed was made available to is. The home was clean and very comfortable. There were no problems. Hopefully this home will be available next year when we plan our getaway.

Everything was great. Only complaint is the day bed with trundle. It was a couples trip so that's not suitable for a couple. Kid's maybe but not 2 adults.

We loved this place for our stay in Helen. The top section is perfect for a smaller party or couple of families. We didn’t initially realize that the house was a split listing, but were happy that there is basically no overlap or interaction with the party staying on the lower level. Ample parking for both too. Having some toys and games tucked away for the kids was awesome. Patio and grilling area was great as well.
