Spacious, family-friendly lodge on 10 wooded acres. Sleeps 20 with 5 bedrooms, stocked pond

Lovely property with plenty of room.

The lodge was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room for our group to gather and enjoy meals together. Everything was clean and well stocked. Jodi, our host, was very helpful from beginning to end, answering questions promptly and checking in to make sure everything was just perfect! We would definitely love to come back in the summer months to enjoy the outdoor area!

What a great house – was perfect for our ski weekend. Difficult to find a large place close to snow trails they can accommodate 20 people. This house is about 20 minutes from the slopes and comfortably accommodated 20 of us. Great areas for the kids and a great family room with a big fireplace overlooking the woods. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 12 stayed at this beautiful property for a couple of days. I easily give it 5 stars! There was plenty of space to spread out, but the dining table fit us all for game night (with extra chairs, just in case). The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, silverware and spices. We took a short walk around the property just to check out all the nooks – I love the curving moss covered steps by the water feature. This is a true all seasons property. We are considering planning stay in the summer or fall.

We just spent three wonderful days at the lodge! It was a perfect place to spend Christmas with our extended family. Plenty for the young adults and older adults to do and enjoy. The setting is spectacular, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds (including those nice big bunk beds for our tall 20 year old boys) and bedrooms were perfect, the fireplace was so nice at night, and they even had some Christmas decorations up to make it feel like home. The host were so kind, and respond right away when we had a question precheck in. While there we didn’t need anything because it was so ready for us! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with our family- we hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful property! If you like nature surrounded by beautiful trees and complete quietness and relaxation this place is for you! The house is well appointed, we had everything we needed to prepare and cook our holiday meals, the upstairs great room was so cozy as we sat in our blankets in front of the fire while we watched the snow fall all around us. Then the downstairs living room was a great fun space where we shot pool, watched football and had white elephant party. We will definitely be back to rent this beautiful property!

Everything about our stay was top notch! Our children and grandchildren were all asking if we could do it again. We were blessed with a beautiful snowfall, watching out the windows around a fireplace. We can only imagine what a wonderful stay this would be in the summer. Looking forward to another visit.

The hosts were extremely accommodating. We spent two nights and it felt like we didn’t even have enough time to enjoy the whole property with how many nice places there are inside and outside the home to spend time. I could say a lot more but in short, I highly recommend this location.

Beautiful house on a great piece of property

Beautiful property- even better than the pics! Plenty of room for everyone- our favorite was the dining table with enough room for our entire family- cant wait to come again!

We stayed here for a family weekend (about 20 people, including infants and toddlers). The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and was probably the most well-stocked location we have ever rented (basic spices, foil, kitchen supplies, coffee pods, etc). The extra fridge in the garage was CLUTCH. There is plenty of space to get away from the large group if needed - front porch, basement, decks, etc.Communication with the owner was excellent - they responded right away to every question we had.Lots to do: kids spent a ton of time in the pond, fishing, rowing the small boat, and floating on inflatables. Plenty of games like cornhole, table tennis, billiards, to keep them occupied. Adults used the fire pit EVERY night.One suggestion for a family with small kids: you will have to be vigilant when outside. The grass area leading to the pond is on a hill, so if a kid is running and gets away from you, they could be in the water pretty quickly. I think the parents of the littles were pretty exhausted by the time we left.Sleeping was a little challenging - while there are plenty of beds, we found a pretty big difference in temperatures between the basement (frigid) and the 2nd floor (hot at night), and the noise in the house seemed to echo everywhere so the late night people were heard along with the early risers. Bring earplugs and prepare to be flexible, changing rooms if needed. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a really great time during our stay. The property was huge and had lots of stuff to do. Beautiful house that was very clean and maintained nicely. The pond was definitely stock with some great fish!

Everything was top notch for our extended family to celebrate parents 50th Wedding Anniversary! Every little detail was taken into account. Something for everyone from 3 years old to 75! Awesome weekend!!

Very clean large property. If you go in the winter you will need all wheel drive to get up the driveway.

This was our third year. Our family is growing, so we rented both houses. It worked out perfect. The attention to detail on these properties is amazing. Thanks for everything!

Every year over the past 20 years my HS and College friends get together. We all agreed that this was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. The house is sprawling with enough space for everyone. Everything was set up for us to relax and have fun. The game room was great and the seating was top notch. Every room was clean and comfortable. The host definitely takes pride in their property. We will definitely be back again!! Greg

The stay was great! Loved the house and grounds.

This beautiful property was absolutely perfect for us, and is well maintained with the host paying attention to detail. From the check-in gifts of smore fixings and other snacks, to the well stocked coffee bar, to including laundry pods for doing laundry, having the light switches labeled, and providing a spare propane tank for the grill, we appreciated those details. The home itself is great. The game room kept the kids of all ages occupied, we caught fish in the pond, used the fire pit and grill, and having a second refrigerator in the garage was a lifesaver with 14 of us there. It was nice to have so many different spaces to hang out since we had many adults who could hang out in the great room upstairs with a view of the pond, or the family room in the basement with the pool table, in the swing on the enclosed front porch, or in the game room/garage, depending on their mood. The seating inside in the dining room fit us all at a beautiful oak table, but outdoor seating on the deck was also perfect since there are two large picnic tables. The leaves were just starting to change and fall on the heavily treed property, which was a great backdrop. With fourteen of us there for a wedding, we always had hot water for all showers, and the water pressure was good for a rural property. Lots to do around there also, with the Mohican State Park and Amish country close by. The hosts were responsive when we had a question and answered almost immediately. We loved this place!

We loved this cabin! Jodi was a great host. She checked in with us multiple times. The place was just like the pictures plenty of space and fit 20 of us. We plan to return in the future!
