Spacious, dog-friendly home w/private hot tub on large deck, mtn views, & more

The house was perfect for our needs. All the kids got to sleep in the same room and we loved being able to enjoy the outdoors from the hot tub.

We had an excellent stay! The house was very clean and kitchen well-stocked. The house was in a prime location for accessibility to RMNP and Estes Park. The highlight of our stay was when a herd of elk walked through the yard and we heard bugling!

Great location for views of the mountains and lake. Enjoyed the little chipmunks running around the property. House was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Neighbors were quiet. Very relaxing. Would just suggest a few furniture replacements. A chair the living room was torn in the back and another chair was lumpy. Also a lamp shade in an upstairs was literally being held in place by tape

We enjoyed our stay at the Elk Ridge Retreat. Initial access with the keypad was a bit of a challenge but we finally got it. The home was very comfortable. The back deck and hot tub was a bonus and one we used frequently. The extra toys and games for the kids were greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and quite with deer, elk, and turkey wandering through. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown. A very good stay!

Great and accommodating house in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town. Deer, elk, wild turkeys…we had so much fun watching them move through the yard. We will likely return to stay here again.

This was a wonderful home with everything there you would need. It was very clean and easy to check in and out of. We made a lot of meals there so it was nice to have so many cooking items. The hot tub was wonderful also.

Close to downtown. Cozy house. Saw deer and elk in the neighborhood.

The door to the hot tub deck doesn’t lock.

Pros - excellent location, quiet & friendly neighborhood, comfortable beds, ping-pong table, nice outdoor spaces, beautiful views, towels were clean and plentiful, good sized house for a 3-bedroom, hot tub, close to town, golf, parks, lake, etc. Cons - house very cluttered (closets, kitchen, garage, all cabinets), housekeeping did a nice job but this house needs a deep cleaning, Vacasa advertised WiFi was very slow and unreliable negatively impacting work and school for us (owner has a separate very fast WiFi network that we discovered half way through our stay, posted separately on the refrigerator), Vacasa management gave us bad info multiple times regarding trash pickup - we had to contact them 3 times during our 2 1/2 week stay to deal with it, each time with different and usually incorrect answers), family room layout not conducive to conversation or to television viewing. Overall we loved the location and many things about the house, but the cons listed had us booking a different house for next summer.

Our stay was good, my only complaint was the hot tub did not have enough water to turn on jets so we didn’t get to use it. That was disappointing.
