Stayed Dec 26, 2025We just finished a five-day family ski trip and had an outstanding time. The house was perfect for a group with kids or adults, and it was very clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to get to the ski lifts easily using the shuttle with no hassle or delays. The hosts were extremely responsive, answering any questions promptly and truly making us feel supported throughout our stay. We would absolutely rent this home again in the future

Stayed Oct 2, 2025While this unit is located in a desirable location on the golf course, we were significantly disappointed in the way the unit was kept up: the decor is outdated; no light in refrigerator; light bulbs were out in every room save for the basement; many of the pans were dirty with filth buildup on the handles; the cupboards holding the pans were in disarray; the furniture is visibly ‘tired’ and dirty, as was the carpet, which had many stains; the bathrooms were not clean—the tracks on the sliding shower doors had red mold and build up; and the washer has debris and build up on the rim and lid. And while there were many utensils, there was only one spatula and almost all the utensils were worn. The pans (e.g. silestone) were very scratched; the soap dispensers in the showers had layers of different soap piled one on top of the other with the ones on the bottom looking old; and then there was insufficient toilet paper in the bathrooms. While our relatives had a good time and the unit met the minimal needs for our group, this is not a 5-star property. We rented two other Crystal Mtn properties at the same time and they were vastly different in positive ways: clean, newer furniture and decor, appliances were modern, and the bedding was comfortable and crisp. It was apparent to us that the subject unit would not satisfy CM’s higher standards from this property.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Perfect place for our family. House is roomy, comfortable and beautiful. There are a number of nice touches throughout the house. The garage was perfect for out bikes. Check-in was so easy and the owners were kind and quick to respond. The location is perfect - walking distance to the pool, pickle ball courts and beautiful trails. The view of the golf court was amazing. I used the word “perfect” throughout this review because perfect best describes the house and visits.

Stayed May 25, 2024This is a wonderful property and was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults and three children. This beautiful and spacious condo provided room for everyone in our party of 8 with beds to spare. The condo is wonderfully appointed, very clean, and even has a pool and fusball tables for entertainment. CM has plenty of activities to entertain our grandchildren (8,6,4) as well as the adults in the group. The only complaints (minor) were that the coffee maker did not work well as it took about 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee and the condo provided the wrong style of coffee filters for the maker; I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the outdoor furniture and it was apparent that the chairs and tables had not been cleaned since at least the previous season. This is a minor issue yet for the amount of money charged for the cleaning fee, I would hope that the cleaning crew attend to all aspects of the condo. These issues were merely inconveniences and we would certainly consider staying in this property again.
