Stayed Feb 19, 2026This place was perfectly located to crystal mountain and had all the cozy cabin vibes to accentuate a ski weekend. It’s super beautiful and peaceful after a snowfall. The place was warm and had good places for the family to gather. Super clean and thoughtfully appointed (forever grateful for them having dog food and water bowls- you always forget something). Would love to stay again. Thanks for having us

Stayed Jan 16, 2026We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s cozy cottage. The property and scenery were beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed for 2 families with school aged children. The kids loved the bunk room and games and the adults enjoyed how large and nice the space was, especially the kitchen! It’s also extremely close to Crystal mountain which made skiing very convenient! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed Oct 11, 2025This is one of those reviews you hate to leave. Not due to the experience or cleanliness of the property; but rather, because of how great this property and location truly is! My family and I have been visiting Northern Michigan for many years and this property is by far one of our favorites. Scott was more than accommodating and the house, location, was everything we needed. We even got lucky in catching some fish out in the river!All in all, this was a great trip and experience. While we will certainly be back, we too, will be sharing with others this wonderful property!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This up north cottage is so adorable. The interior decorations are so cute. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The location is 5 minutes to Crystal for skiing. The kids guest room upstairs is so fun! My boys loved the nook sleeping. We just loved our time. We will definitely return.
