3 level Executive Home in the Village of Crystal Mountain Resort

The house was as advertised! Great place for a fun weekend with a large multi-family group and convenient access to the slopes. We really enjoyed all of the space and amenities and Kipp was a great host! Highly recommend and we plan to come back next year!

My family stays here for a ski weekend the last couple years. The house is perfect and has plenty of space for a big family to hang out. It is very clean, well kept, and well appointed.

Great space for extending family to spend time together. Lots of games and amenities. Some of the Upstairs bedrooms did not cool well after 80 degree days but wasn’t terrible.

This property is wonderful! Our family visited from Germany and loved the house. So much room for the kids and walking distance to all Crystal Mountain Resort amenities. Kip was an excellent host. Everything was great, house was clean, kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of room for 12 adults m.

House is a good size for a large group. We were quite comfortable here. There is a lot of space for everyone to relax. Great location

The house appeared clean; however, the sheets on master bed were stained with blood (could only see if you pulled the blankets back and got into bed). Stain was about 4 inches long. When we told the owner, he said he is standing by his cleaning person and that the house was clean. I've never experienced this at any other VRBO or hotel.

Had a wonderful time for our 3 night family ski trip. House was perfect for our large group. Plenty of beds for everyone. Large room with 5 beds was parfect for grandsons. Shuttle to the hill was very helpful and very efficient. The house is very well stocked. Would definitely recommend for a large group. The sauna was also a plus.

My extended family and I rented this cabin for a long weekend of skiing. It was a perfect setup for a large family. We happened to be there for the Super Bowl and it was a perfect basement for it. Host was very responsive.

The house was exactly as I was hoping. It was exactly as listed. Clean, well-stocked, plenty of towels, super location walkable to the village. We didn't use the sauna but we did enjoy the pool table quite a bit. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Kipp’s property and we have always had a great time. The house is well taken care of and in a great location for us. We look forward to next years trip!

Nice property - liked Crystal. Three items for improvement. Sauna did not work. Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs to be replace loud in highspeed mode, Pool table missing balls - did not have a full set. overall though the property was perfect.

The home was clean, organized and provided ample space to accommodate wedding prep. We were able to celebrate the 4th and enjoy the area as well.

We love this property. It is great for our family. It was a relaxing stay. The house is large and comfortable. It is wonderful being close to Crystal Mountain. It isn't far from beaches and Traverse City too.

It was a great experience! The house accommodated our large family and had everything that we needed. Thoughtful touches to welcome us into the house and the house was clean. We stay at a house here every year for the beer and brat festival. This house is our favorite so far. The host is so nice and communication is excellent. The house itself was beautiful! So many nice touch’s throughout. Hope to definitely be able to return!

Property was a as described. Clean, large, plenty of amenities and a perfect location. Just off of the Betsie course. Walking distance to most notable Crystal Mountain Amenities. Yard was big if you want to go outside. Plenty of parking.
