Great place for a group of friends for an Illini football weekend!

House was wonderful just what we had hoped for a 40year college reunion get together. Was spacious but intimate with dining and living room so close to each other. All bedrooms were well maintained and fans in all the closets (hot weekend).

We were a group of ladies playing in a golf tournament at Champaigne Country Club, less than a mile away. We really enjoyed sitting on the front Porch and talking about our day. The house was perfect for us. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Champaigne. The house had everything we needed, very clean an nicely updated. Kenneth was very responsive.

This home is fantastic! It’s spacious, beautifully remodeled and decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kenneth was great at communicating and clearly pays attention to all the little details that make guests feel comfortable, such as providing hangers, toiletries, kleenex, plush towels, and having an extremely well stocked kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We really liked the house - beautiful woodwork. It was extremely well equipped. There were three couples so we didn’t use three of the six bedrooms. We loved the two washing machines and the two dryers. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses in the kitchen. We loved the location as it was a three block walk to my brother’s house and the neighborhood I grew up in. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Champaign.

Fantastic house. Better than advertised. Super clean, renovated fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, great location close to U of I, safe neighborhood, plenty of free off street parking, comfortable mattresses and bed sheets, plenty of towels. Communication and access was superb. Strong Wifi and excellent streaming services. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying in this home. The host was professional and timely in responding. The home is super clean, well-appointed and in a convenient location. We will try to book each year for our annual trip.

The location to UIUC is ideal! We had a wonderful time moving our daughter into school. The bedrooms/beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked to allow for family cooked meals. Definitely enough room for everyone! We will definitely be back!

Kenneth was a wonderful communicator! He always responded promptly to all communication. The property was clean, updated and tastefully decorated. We basically slept here as we were attending a grandson’s wedding in Tuscola. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great location, immaculately clean, unexpected amenities, extremely well equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated throughout, and loads of room. Off-street parking in the rear is a bonus. Just be sure to get guidance ahead of your stay as to how to reset the two thermostats as they are tricky.

We rented Kenneth’s lovely home for my mother’s Celebration of Life. We had family coming from across the country and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us to all get together to reconnect. It was spacious and had several gathering places for all of us. We had 11 people, and it didn’t feel as though we were on top of one another. We would highly recommend this beautiful craftsman for larger groups. Thank you, Kenneth!

Can't say enough about our stay for a small family wedding at this 100 Craftsman home. Two group areas, one downstairs with a large TV (we watched the Masters -- yay for Rory!) and one upstairs. We loved the bedrooms, kitchen, large dining room . . . the decor. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better six bedroom house in Champaign. Thanks to Kenneth who communicated with us before and during the stay. You can see all the hard work he put into keeping this special house authentic, yet modernized and updated!

This home worked out perfectly for our family trip to visit our college student. Spaces were generous for sleeping, cooking, eating, and hanging out. Renovations to the house were crisp and fresh.

Beautiful and spacious home! We traveled from Wyoming for a funeral and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family! Clean rooms and bathrooms! Easy check in and great communication! Definitely recommend!

Had a seamless check-in, upon entry the home is even more spacious than in the photographs. With three families, we all had our own bedrooms on each floor with coordinating bathrooms - which is rare and appreciated. We brought lots of gadgets for making a large dinner but the Kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates/bowls/tools/etc. In a great area close to shops and grocery stores - plenty of doordash options, too, if that's the vibe.

The beds are comfortable, everything worked, and there is plenty of space for people to gather and talk. Everyone very much enjoyed our stay.

We traveled in for a family wedding. What a great location and home. 8 adults had plenty of room and a perfect gathering room upstairs and downstairs to enjoy our time. Close to campus activities and a safe community. Highly recommended

Our group of 10 adults stayed two nights for a Univ of Illinois football game. Beautiful place. Clean and comfortable. Walked to the corner bakery for breakfast foods. Drove 5 minutes to bars and restaurants. Easy drive to campus for tailgating. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Clean updated bathrooms. Plenty of seating for meals and just hanging out. Also plenty of parking. We had 4 large vehicles and fit with no problem. Highly recommended.

This house really has everything you need. Stayed here for a bachelorette party with 6 others and we all had a great time. Plenty of space, lovely kitchen and dining area, cute enclosed patio, and so many bedrooms! Plus, the basement was really great for our movie night. Good amount of space for parking and very close to downtown area as well. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone!
