We're a half hour from Denver, Boulder, and DIA, with easy I-70 and mountain access. Quiet, secure suburban neighborhood anchored around the Golf Course. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac.



The Space

Shared front door to the house leads to a private, locked 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit with a kitchenette, cozy couch/sleeper with electric fireplace and 55 smart television. Efficiency kitchenette, attached, private bath. Dedicated workspace, lounge/couch with electric fireplace and 55 television. It can comfortably fit a family of four.



Access & Check-in

Access to the unit is through the main house. Guests are welcome to use either the front door or the garage. The new electronic door lock allows self-check-in and easy access.



Parking

Garage parking can fit a small SUV. One small vehicle only in the garage. We are only able to accommodate one small to mid-size vehicle in our garage. We are not able to accommodate large vehicles or secondary vehicles. Guests in that situation will need to arrange for parking outside of the neighborhood. We ask guests not to park on the street. We are hosted by the grace of our neighbors, and the only street spots are in front of neighboring homes.



Host Interaction

Our family of three with/ two dogs and a cat are honored to share our comfortable, artsy home. We're a relatively busy family and find our guests to be as well. We're happy to be social or provide privacy to guests at their pleasure.





Check-In Time and Date:

Standard check-in time is 4 p.m. and dates are determined by bookings.

Check-Out Date:

Standard check-out time is 10 a.m. and dates are determined by bookings.



Rental Property: The property is fully furnished and includes appliances, utilities, and Wi-Fi.

Maximum guests: A Maximum of four overnight guests.

Off-street parking: Parking available in garage or on driveway. No off-street parking.

No smoking in or around the property or neighboring property.

Only identified and registered guests may remain overnight.

Term of the Lease: Determined by bookings.

Liability: The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

Service:

Per Eagle Trace HOA Covenants, which prohibit portions of homes from being rented, guests agree to enter into a temporary period of voluntary paid service during their stay.

For the purposes of this agreement, guests agree to be called servants and to perform light service such as removing trash from the unit, washing dishes, and sweeping.

Servants will be paid a wage that includes discounted lodging and complementary meals during their stay.
