Stayed May 31, 2022The house was exactually as expected and in a great location to explore Denver. Everything was in working order and very comfortable. Host was very accommodating with easy check in and check out.

Stayed Sep 5, 2019Mike was awesome to deal with. A great place for a larger group. The house doesn’t look like it will fit that many people. Sitting outside under the awning is awesome.

Stayed Aug 28, 2019Not what I expected. The place wasn’t clean. Tables and chairs were worn and scratched. Walls and ceilings had several blemishes throughout the house. Ceiling in kitchen was dirty and trash was left in the can. Drapery rod in living was pulled from one side and a blind in kitchen was bent. Dirty linens and towels were left in the basement. Not worth the money. I’ve stayed in other places for a lot less and where much cleaner than this place. Not what I expected and a little disappointed.

Stayed Jul 17, 2019We had a great time in the Denver area and renting this home was a plus! Mike was easily accessible via text and quickly responded. The home is in a cute neighborhood near several parks/playgrounds (if you have kids) and is exactly how described in the listing. We had everything we needed for a weeks stay (cooking/towels, etc). If we visit this area again, we will most definitely try to rent this home! Thanks for helping our visit to Denver be that much better!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place to stay at when in northern Colorado. The property was exactly as described online. Had everything a couple families needed to enjoy a week long stay. Location is great with easy access to highways and local businesses.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved our stay. We took a group of kids for a training and they had a blast in the house. It was very accommodating for everyone's needs.
