Cozy Broomfield Home

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for my week long work trip and comfortable for me and my colleague.

This home was very clean and just had a cozy feel to it. Tall people might have a hard time using the kitchen sink due to the wall having an unusual bump out. I am 5'8 and had a hard time with the sink but it's doable. The location was great for what we needed. Easy to get to, eating options close by and the First Bank Center (which is where our function was) was only a few minutes away. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

There was a map of the property to clearly show where we were allowed to be. The ductless HVAC system was impressive and gave us great control of each room climate.

I loved the privacy and the convienant location. I didn't like the automatic light in the hallway that popped on anytime we walked past, shining bright light in our eyes when one of us got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Over all, it was a very nice place to stay.

Very nice property located conveniently in quiet neighborhood. Met the owner briefly in passing, seemed to be a very nice individual. Property had all the amenities we could ask for during our short stay. Would recommend to any family planning a trip to the Broomfield area.

Clean home. There were no wash cloths available. The first step going downstairs is dangerous.

This was a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. My sister and I were in town visiting other family members living in the area. It was a perfect size for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go.Communication with the owner was great and everything was as described in listing. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone looking for a convenient home away from home.

Great location central to all the things and places we had planned. From Denver to Boulder to Golden to my older daughters place in Erie, everything was a quick drive. House was clean and well appointed. 10/10 would stay again!

This property is not as refined as the description and price would indicate. The property is a converted garage with the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom on one level, but the bathroom is down a set of stairs. There are uneven steps and obstacles where you would not expect them. There is a microwave, but no microwave safe dishes except for coffee cups. There is no lit area to sit a read a book. It has very uncomfortable dining room chairs. On the positive side... the host was courteous and responsive.

My second stay--it was awesome! Perfectly located for my needs, and everything was provided. Chris was great with comm, and I had zero problems or trouble. I'm in Broomfield once or twice a year, and this is now my go-to place--I plan on staying here every time I'm in town! Highly recommend!

Watch your step on the stairs

The house is very cute and the pictures were accurate. It is attached to the owner's unit, so I felt like I needed to make sure that my loud children (aged 8 & 6) were relatively well-behaved as to not be bothersome.

What a great property! Location could not have been better for my stay--and comms with the host were excellent. Everything was ready and just as advertised--I had everything I needed!! I'm in town once a year to see a series of baseball games--as soon as the 2026 MLB schedule is out, I'll reserve this place again! Highly recommend!!

This was perfect for a getaway with my sister! Enough space to spread out for quiet time but also a cozy TV room to hang out together. Super great location with easy access to Denver and Boulder. The host was friendly and helpful and kind in passing on the property. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would stay again!

Very clean property. Excellent communication with hosts. Wonderful neighborhood. Feel very safe. There was a nature area within about a block and a half of the property. A beautiful area to walk around.

The only thing needed is a warning about first step going downstairs.

This unit was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed.

This place with its 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen and sitting area was perfect for me as I was visiting family nearby. I never saw the family that lives in the main part of the same house even though the doors are adjacent to each other. It has a lovely little front lawn area with pretty flowers and plants.

We were visiting family in Thornton. This property was perfect for what we needed. Good location. We had everything we needed and even extras. It was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.
