Stayed Jun 28, 2025We had a wonderful vacation at Kathryn’s home. The house was very clean and spacious and easily fit our group of 9 which included young adults. The area is centrally located between South Beach and Vineyard Haven. I highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We had a fantastic time in MV! This was our first time to the island and we had my 4 adults (my parents and my husband and I) and 2 kids (ages 3 & 1). This house was perfect. Proximity to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs was so great. The house was so spacious and clean. The amenities with all the kid friendly things (like pack n’ play and baby gates available plus all the beach chairs and toys) was really great and helpful to have on hand ready for us to use. Kathy was so amazing and helpful to all our questions! It was truly a great experience and would recommend as well as stay again if we make the trip back in the future! ?

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Great house in a central location with easy access to beaches and biking trails. Good air conditioning for the hot days with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in. Would recommend highly for any sized group.
