Spacious Clean New House back to woods - just 1.5 miles away from Bethany beach

The house exceeded our expectations. It is on a nice quiet street. Plenty of bedroom space. My daughter and granddaughters had their own space on second floor. We shared downstairs and the three bathrooms came in handy. Kitchen is well supplied and easy to cook in.

Great stay for a large family gathering, convenient location, and had a few extras for the beach. Jane and George were great to work with and provided some extras for our toddler/infants as well.

Our family enjoyed several relaxing nights at Bethany Beach. We found the home very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of five. The home had everything we needed and was a very short drive to the beach. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. We would definitely stay again. George and Jane are excellent hosts.

A total of seven adults and one child (age 7) were comfortable in the house. The check in process was easy, and the house was in great condition. We cooked in most nights, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The outdoor shower was great for when we returned from the beach and helped keep the sand out of the house. No issues at all. Lovely home. Had a great time!

We had 14 total 9 adults and 5 children. The house easily accommodated all of us. It was as short drive yo the beach and other attractions. The house was clean and spacious. The hos responded quickly to any questions we had.

The home is awesome! Great space, high ceilings, clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms! Loved the outdoor space and shower too! Big thanks to the hosts for all the amenities, including beach chairs, umbrellas and other kitchen stuff!

Wonderful house and great host, very well cleaned and they made sure we had everything for our senior trip. I would book this house again and again.

Nice location. Property was clean but we did have an ant issue. Property listing was not exactly as described and slightly confusing. It was difficult to tell which rooms were on which floors. A floor plan would be helpful especially if you have multiple groups and ages. There were no cushions on the outdoor furniture until I asked and someone had to come over and get them for us. There were ants everywhere when we left food in the kitchen counter on the first night which had to be thrown out. The owner was responsive but it was an annoyance and someone had to come over once again. Another annoyance was the linens, blankets and towels. The linens package was offered for an additional fee. When trying to pack for 10 people, the towels and sheets alone took up so much trunk space that we opted to purchase the package. There were few blankets and we had to once again ask for these. There were no bathroom mats provided with the linens and had to ask for these as well. We had an elderly person with us and a fall on a slippery bathroom floor was hazardous. There are some basic things that should be provided such as blankets and bathroom mats and even kitchen towels. All in all, the owner was responsive however it was not relaxing to have to keep asking for things. The location was great but I would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent except no hot tub as advertised

The house was perfect. Great location and clean. Only issue was the icemaker not working during our stay, but I'm sure it's resolved as the owners were very helpful and receptive.

Very comfortable, clean, and well located home. Perfect for our very large family of 10+ to stay for the week and enjoy a family beach vacation to the fullest. Unfortunately, we weren’t blessed with the best weather as it rained a couple days but thankfully we had this wonderful home to allow us to stay indoors longer than we anticipated and still have a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one has so many thoughtful extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cleaning supplies, games, etc. it is a well stocked home, clean and beautiful. If Bethany is next years destination we would love to rent it again. The hosts were responsive and very nice about all of my requests.The neighbors were friendly (offered to help us when we had a flat tire in the driveway). We had a wonderful vacation and this home made that possible.
