Spacious Beach Front Home, Pet Friendly, Large Deck, Easy Beach Access

Loved this property! The view was amazing! The home is older with older furnishings, but it’s super comfy and homey. Plenty of seating and the location is perfect!❤️

Great house. Will definitely stay again

The setting for this home was excellent, beach access right there, with amazing views out the back and side of the home due to all the large windows and sliders. The deck was great too to sit and watch the pacific, sunsets, etc. The towels and sheets were so clean and spotless as were the bathrooms. It seemed fully stocked with all kinds of pots, pans and dishes ( it was just me and my pup so didn't use too much) . I also loved that I was able to bring my dog with me. He enjoyed the deck and beach as well! My only complaint would be that some of the blinds did not fully close allowing the ability to look into the home ( which wasn't a big deal when I was there because it was the middle of the week and the 2 homes next door were empty when I was there) and the dust up on the fans, and the blinds in the kitchen and bedroom window were very dirty and there were dust bunnies up on top of the kitchen cabinets and the things that were displayed up there. Overall I would recommend this home! I would go back : )

The house was cozy & clean. Communication was effective. Location was excellent!

Wierd smell. Carpet was wet in one room. Beautiful view, though. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating when asked about late checkout. In all, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for a wonderful week at the Twin Coho! It’s a beautiful, spacious house with an amazing view. We loved it. We do have one suggestion for improving your guests’ overall experience: please provide some instructions and clear expectations for use of the house’s televisions. (The existing instructions found in that white info binder are out of date and irrelevant to the current setup).I realize that general procedures for using TVs in rental homes is probably common knowledge among young people, but several of the folks in our group are older people who have little to no understanding of how streaming services work, let alone streaming services in someone else’s house.In addition to providing clear, printed documentation about available television services, I also recommend placing the televisions in some type of “guest mode” while renters are occupying the house. Doing so would prevent the homeowner’s account from being charged for a guest’s purchases, unintended or otherwise. I am the youngest of my group, and yet even my knowledge of how streaming works is fairly limited, so such confusion seems likely to recur. That said, I’m sure that clearer instructions posted at the house – along with security measures restricting access - will help prevent future mishaps. Thank you again and best regards!

This home is literally right on the beach. The view is amazing. You are only steps from the beach. Home is spacious and comfortable.

Fabulous ocean view and access. Great please for family and dogs. Good kite flying.

We stayed here in March, and pretty much stayed inside the whole time (as planned) The primary living area has a 180 degree view of the beach and the ocean is very close. We ate food, played games, and visited for the weekend. There are lots of typical beach town shops, bakeries, restaurants, and things near by, but the weather was nasty so we just stayed in. I can see how this would be a great location in the summer as well.

Wrong door code, dead batteries in 3 remotes w/no extra batteries, broken fan/light switch, no kitchen towels, no foil or cooking oil, no TV instructions, rusted cookware, claw marks on bathroom door from a prior guest. Beach access is VERY difficult.

This wonderful home sits right on the beach in Rockaway and you can watch the surf from the living room or from the big, beautiful deck. The house is older and shows a bit of wear but is clean and comfortable.
