Close to I-75 for easy access to beautiful Gulf coast beaches (20-minute drive), parks/nature reserves (several in area), shopping (retail, boutiques, mom & pop, thrift, outlet, high-end), and a variety of things to do.

Ground Floor:r>2 BR/1 BA, Kitchen, Dining area, Living Room, Sitting area, Laundry Room.

Sitting Area:
When you first walk into the house, you will notice the floating staircase, then a sitting area to the left. This space is perfect to relax on the double reclining sofa, spin in the swirly chair, sit to remove shoes upon entering, or just chill and talk with those in the kitchen with the open floor plan.

Kitchen: The kitchen has a full view of the common living areas and pool/lanai. It comes equipped with the necessities to prepare meals and upgraded SMART appliances. You supply your own food. The large island & marble countertops have plenty of space to make something simple or whip up a buffet-style setting. Even the pets have their own built-in feeding station with a water faucet.
Includes:
- Plates, bowls, cups, and eating utensils for a large group of people.
- Variety of pots, pans, lids, bowls, bakeware, food storage containers, and cooking utensils.
- Keurig Coffee Machine. (reusable K-cups available) & Electric Kettle for hot water/tea
- French Door air fryer, waffle machine, toaster.
- Grilling utensils (pellet grill & pizza oven on lanai)
- Appliances: There are upgraded appliances available, including a refrigerator/freezer, in-island microwave, flat surface stove, and full-sized dishwasher. (Dishwasher soap provided)

Living Room:
Living room: There is a large L-shaped couch w/ chaise that fits several people comfortably, and a charging station to keep your devices powered up. There is an additional double reclining loveseat in the living room, so watching movies on the 85-inch screen Smart-TV can be a family event. Under the TV is a vibrant electfireplace.

Dining Area: Modern table with 4 chairs (extends to 6, but two of the chairs are at the kitchen island bar). There is a stand with an 8-qt popcorn machine that makes theater-like popcorn while watching movies. Able to sit at the table and watch TV or chat with those in the kitchen.

Laundry Room: Full-sized stackable washer & dryer available for use. A LaundryPure is attached to the washer using ActivePure Technology and oxygen/hydrogen-based oxidizers to clean clothes without detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners. Beach towels are available and located on the shelf in the laundry room.

Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed, dresser, nightstand with direct pool & outdoor access.

Bedroom 5: a large room with bed options of 1-king or 2-twin beds, a closet, a dresser, & a nightstand. There is door access to the downstairs bathroom from inside this room.

Bathroom 3: Tile shower, toilet, single sink. Door access to Bedroom 5 and to the living area.

*All 3 full bathrooms (perfect for large or multi-family vacations) are equipped with towels, soaps & hair dryers, making mornings easy and refreshing.







Second Floor:
3 BR/2BA, Loft

Master Suite: Includes the Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom: 1 King bed-w/built-in TV & electric fireplace, a sitting area, mini-fridge, and large walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom features double sinks (granite countertops), a tiled double shower with a rain fall faucet, & a deep soaking tub in a spa-like atmosphere, plus a separate toilet area with its own door for privacy. The bedroom window overlooks the pool and wooded corner lot.

Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, large closet, dresser, nightstand, and TV overlooking the pool and back yard.

Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser, nightstand overlooking the pool and back yard.

Full-Bathroom: Standard shower/tub with upgraded granite countertop and modern theme.

Loft: Extra space to relax or play. There is a sturdy futon couch that pulls out to a double bed. Hi-tech massage therapy chair with multiple settings to get a full-on head-to-toe experience. There is also a foosball table for the kids at heart.

Outdoors:
Pool/Hot-Tub/Lanai/Tiki
The outdoor lanai is a screened-in space to relax by the in-ground pool, or in the 7-person hot tub, cook some BBQ on the grill, make a pizza in the pizza oven, eat dinner, or play cards at the 6-seated patio table, or just sit around the campfire on a chilly night (propane not included). There is a variety of seating from a cozy dual reclining loveseat, a couple of Adirondack chairs, patio furniture, and pool loungers. The pool has a waterfall, plenty of in-water seating, a large sun umbrella, and multicolored pool lights. The pool can be heated for an extra fee. Outside the lanai is a tiki hut and turf lawn, great for a game of cornhole or enjoying the Florida outdoors.

Available for use: 2 kayaks on site with paddles and life vests. Pack-N-Play (playpen) available upon request.

Owners are locally available for any questions or concerns, and may also have boat availability for a day on the water (Trophy Bayliner).
