Great stay, beautiful cabin, communicative host

Had a wonderful time, very clean and well equipped! Check in and out was easy and well explained. Had trouble with the dvd player but Jane personally tried to help us out but quickly had help come out and get us going watching “The Shining”! Really enjoyed being right next to the river and close to RMNP! Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay again!

This place was perfect for our family for the weekend! The whole place was supplied with everything you could need and more. The owner checked in and made sure the process from check in to check out was smooth. I have zero complaints and I most definitely would visit again!

The overall experience and stay was great! The host was very welcoming and we enjoyed the amenities. The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding at Della Terra. Would 100% recommend.

Great place to relax and get some work done.

Cabin was exceptionally clean. Host was always readily available and prompt with replies, and attentive to needs. Hot tub was hot and relaxing after long hikes. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Jane, was available and responded quickly to my inquiries. The house was clean and the kitchen was properly stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed the firepit and the hot tub.

The cabin was even better than the pictures and descriptions! The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub under the stars. The elk finally make their appearance and we also saw wild turkeys.

Dryer did not dry and showers were not very hot

Wonderful house!

House is in a wonderful location and as listed. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and sitting by the river by the fire. House is set up nicely and has games and books for your enjoyment and a well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again when we come back.

RMNP was just up the road. Excellent location! We enjoyed the fireplace during the cool evenings. Very clean and well stocked. The only negative is there are no grab bars in the main shower which was needed for older people in our group.

Great location, beautiful river views, comfy beds, the cabin was very cute and cozy. We were disappointed that the fire pit was not working.

We had a wonderful time in Estes Park with family. The cabin was just as described. Loved morning coffee listening to the river and sitting on the patio. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was a relaxing treat after hiking in RMNP. The cabin is so close to the entrance of RMNP which allowed us to relax a little longer before heading in to the park each day. A lot of wonderful family memories were made this trip and we are looking forward to our next trip.

What a beautiful home and location. We took daily cold plunges in the stream, followed up with a hot tub. Was often greeted by a gorgeous elk. Located 1 mile from the gate to the Rockies. The view from the house was divine and awe-inspiring. Couldn't ask for more!

Very clean and well maintained property

Great location to downtown Estes, great parking for a few cars, loved that it was right on the river. However, it is not as private as the photos make it look. There are condos right across the river. We did love the hot tub and big table on the porch to enjoy dinner and our morning coffee by the river. Plenty of room to sleep our group, kitchen was stocked with the things we needed to cook.

Clean and has everything you need! Close enough to town if you need a grocery run or go to dinner and far enough out to get away from all the travelers.

Our family of five adults had an incredible stay at this amazing home. Plenty of room for us inside with two gathering spaces, stocked kitchen and roomy bedrooms. The outside patio with grill, hot tub and fire circle by the stream provided us hours of relaxation and special family time.

We enjoyed the stay so much, we did not want to leave! Everything was as advertised and more! High quality furnishings, joyful scenery all made for a perfect stay!

Our goal was Rocky Mountain National Park and this cabin is the perfect location. We were 4 ladies and my mom walks with a cane. She was able to easily get around the house! We loved the white noise of the river that was peaceful to sit by and have coffee. We were each able to have a quiet space. The kitchen was well equipped for all meals. It was still cold in the mornings and we appreciated the fireplace. The cabin is so close to the entrance to the park and saved us time. After one long hike through snow, we also made use of the washer and dryer so we could pack up clean clothes. We would love to return when it is warmer to cool off in the river! Thank you for all the nice touches!

Perfect location for Estes Park.

Very nice. Unfortunately we were gone a lot of the time with wedding rehearsals in the actual wedding most of holiday Friday.

The host was very nice and very professional on one issue that came up. I'm taking the family next time. I'll be back again and again and again! Outstanding property!

Everything was amazing and just a quick trip (about a mile) into Rocky Mountain National Park, where we hiked and enjoyed such beauty. It was such a delight to be able to soak in the hot tub right on the river and enjoy the scenery and gorgeous weather. What a lovely cabin and also a quick trip into Estes Park. This is very cute, cozy cabin right on the River! It’s the perfect setting for a cozy getaway. The cabin was clean, and spacious. TV’s in every room, the hot tub was a family favorite. Big table to sit around and play games. Highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in the mountains. Location is close to the park and town!

Our stay at this VRBO in Estes Park, CO, was absolutely amazing! It was such a blessing to be with my parents, sister, and kids all in one place for Christmas. We were thrilled to have a white Christmas and even spotted some elk—it made the experience even more magical.We enjoyed shopping, exploring local coffee houses, capturing beautiful photos, and making unforgettable memories together. The owner was incredibly personable and responsive, which made the entire experience even better.While we noticed some reviews mentioning the rules and checkout process, we didn’t find anything that wasn’t easily manageable—it was all very straightforward.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable getaway!

Convenient for RMNP. Nice outdoor space but not remote. Condos across the creek. Owner does disclose this in the listing in case you missed it. We had a pleasant one night stay.

Great cabin. Beautiful location

I would first like to preface to anyone who reads this, that I am extremely selective on where I stay for trips. Overall, everything was excellent. Right off the bat, the property owner was very informative, transparent and welcoming. The process and communication leading up to the actual trip was seamless and simple. Instructions at the property were clear and easy to follow. The home is right on the water bringing peace and quiet. The size of the cabin is deceiving. Usually things are smaller than expected but this was bigger than expected. The home was set up where there was plenty of space to hang out with family but also provided separation wheee you could have your own space. Amenities were amazing. The inside was fully stocked and everything you could ever need was provided. The outside space was fantastic. With the hot tub, lighting and plenty of seating. Checkout was simple and overall this home exceeded expectations. When we plan another family vacation, we will definitely try to book this home if it has availability.

This property was amazing! We were only able to stay 2 nights but will definitely try to book here the next time we come back. Listening to the river which was steps away was the best!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting RMNP. First of all, we loved the close proximity to the Fall River Entrance station to the park. It was so convenient to get into the park and also to run up to the park at sunrise/sunset even on days when we weren't hiking (great time to see the elk and even Moose). We also loved having Fall River running right next to the house. We saw deer and Elk every day either by the house or road nearby. The house itself was comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us but could be a little tight for more than 4 adults as the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were tight as were the bathrooms but the master bedroom was very roomy! The kitchen had most everything we needed as we cooked in most meals. We were close enough to town and a couple of other restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

LOTS AND LOTS OF RULES, BUT MOST ALL ACCEPTABLE. NEEDS INSTRUCTIONS ON TV/DVR OPERATIONS! NEVER COULD FIGURE OUT 'DVR' OPERATION. INTERNET WAS OUT MOST OF THE TIME SO WE COULD NOT USE THEM ANYWAY. REALLY ENJOYED 'STEAM BATH'!!!

Really nice place to stay. Right on the Fall River. It was really relaxing to sit outside on the great patio and just enjoy the mountan air and sounds. I would definetly stay at this cabin again.
