Caldera Terrace was a wonderful comfotable, well appointed venue for us to catch up with three other couples from interstate. Its proximity to Sth Melbourne Markets and the CBD made it perfect for a Melbourne laneways, shopping, AFL long weekend.

One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Charming house, very comfortable, really well located, Quiet neighborhood close to trams and a lovely market (South Melbourne Market) and only a few blocks to the Aldi food store. Many lovely restaurants close by. Excellent communication with owner who responded to us quickly when we communicated and helped with many things including transportation and helping us figure out where to get best bargain for a suite case-airlines destroyed one of ours. Very helpful suggestions. Will absolutely return herr on next trip to Melbourne . Sandi

What a fantastic property in a fantastic position. We are four retired military officers who visited Melbourne to attend the Anzac Day Dawn service at the Shrine of Remembrance. Chris's property is in easy walking distance. With four separate bed rooms and three bathrooms, it was perfect. Thanks Chris

Only complaint, that the drawers in a couple of the bedrooms, were full of linen, thereby not allwoing any space to upack clothing. This I'm sure could easily be remedied, otherwise and excellent place. Thanks Chris for your extra support re the baby's cot.

We arrived to a clean home, easy entry, the house was generously equipped and had a lovely ambience and grewt decorations. Beds were comfortable and everything was very easy, quality linens and plenty of towels throughout. The location was fabulous, easy access to south melbourne market. Restaurants, shops and cafes. It was very quiet, we slept very well. The host Christopher was responsive and helpful. We would book this again, thanks so much

There's nothing worse than moving into a property only to find out you need to purchases everything just to go to the bathroom, throw your rubbish in the bin or cook a meal. That doesn't happen here. Chris leaves the items left behind from prior guest allowing for plenty of skiing wrap, aluminium foil, liners, TP, spices and condaminates. I also need to speak about the knives and knife sharpener. I usual travel with my chef knives but forgot then this trip. I was ado happy to see that Chris had a small set that were not sharp but having a good sharpener solved that. He had everything. The beds were comfortable, the temperature was just right. The many bathrooms were newly renovated and sizable. We had a lovely stay and we recommend this property.
