With two bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—everyone can enjoy added privacy and convenience.

No dedicated parking is available; please utilize the various on-street parking options or nearby paid parking facilities.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

    Really nice and fresh recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment. Nice rooftop balcony opening from the kitchen/dining area ideal for breakfast and BBQ. Street parking permit included and good availablility of parking spaces. Highly recommended city apartment just 2 min walk to the South Melbourne Market.
