Stayed Aug 13, 2025We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is exactly as pictured but feels even more spacious. So much room for everyone. Every detail in the house makes it feel homey. Having pool access was wonderful. Communication with Vacasa the house management crew was seamless. Was grateful to get my elderly parents out of the house and enjoy Bethany Beach.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025A great, well-maintained and provisioned house that can comfortably host 8. Everything is extremely well laid out. There is a nice (though cozy) community pool, and the back deck is a real delight (can seat 4). Obviously closer to the beach would be ideal, byt if you ate not able to book far in advance, it is hard to find a better arrangement than this one!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall, this home was perfect for our family and was spacious. The pool was my favorite. I absolutely loved the loft area. The master room was so pretty. The layout of the home was overall great. Easy to get around town and to Bethany Beach. Great neighborhood for walking as well. Garden was beautiful and flowers. Loved the backyard with the deck and water. The shed had a lot of outside supplies (chairs, toys for the beach, and beach fun)
