Clean. Well appointed, everything you need. Ground floor, right on the beach. Nice pool. Manager meet us at condo. Had trouble calling and texting them probably was our phones not their fault. Restaurants within walking distance but busy in the evening, need reservations. Very nice place!

Beautiful unit, right on the beach and very well kept.

Just finished a quick 3 night stay in this absolutely fantastic house. The house was well equipped; with everything we needed and then some. The location was great, especially having the pool and beach both right out our front door. Loved being able to walk to numerous beachfront restaurants for lunch/dinner. House had more than enough room for the 4 of us, and the kids loved the 2 different themed bathrooms. Great house/location would absolutely stay here again!!

Our second time staying in this beach condo unit and it was perfect—again! Zindis property management is awesome. We were granted early check in and late check out. The condo was clean and well stocked—plenty of extra blankets, sheets, towels and we appreciated the Vita Mixer. We love Sol y Mar (the views, the beach, the pool and hot tub are fantastic!) and wouldn’t think of staying any place else when visiting Playa Hermosa. Pura Vida!

Clean and fun

The Zindis agent, Angelica, met us and made checkin easy and quick. The unit was very well appointed and equipped, and the location absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the beach, pool and nearby restaurants to make it a very enjoyable time away.

Great property and great location! a minute walk to the beach, felt safe everywhere in that area. Need a screen on slider to be able to feel and hear the ocean. Otherwise perfect for our group.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! We were traveling with our young kids and family friends. The condo was clean, comfortable and even better than I imagined. Traveling with young kids has its challenges and we really appreciated having a nice place that was also kid friendly. The best part was the large patio that went right out to the pool and ocean. There was also a multi lock system on the doors so we didn’t have to worry about the kids getting outside when we didn’t want them to. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and a little market. The property management was incredibly helpful and attentive. Leading up to our stay they were very communicative. And during our stay we reached out asking about a private boat tour that was good for kids and within an hour we had something booked. They made it so easy. I already want to go back!

We had a fabulous time in unit 2C of Sol y Mar. This was our second stay at this complex and this unit was even better than the first. Has nice updates that include newer living room furniture, white quartz kitchen counters with counter height breakfast bar and remodeled bathroom. The unit was spotless and well-stocked. Beds ver very firm but surprisingly we slept well. As reviewers have mentioned, the beachfront, poolside location convenience can’t be beat! We love this property and wish we could live here! Close proximity to the airport, Rincon de La Vieja rainforest and waterfalls as well as the Papagyo Gulf/beaches makes Playa Hermosa our favorite location. If we weren’t purchasing a property nearby we would be returning to Sol y Mar!
