This Bouldin Creek home is built for groups who want to actually live Austin rather than tourist it — local art on the walls, a screened porch lounge, a fire pit backyard, and Terry Black's BBQ five minutes away.



The Space:

This is one of those houses that earns its keep the moment you walk through the door. The great room opens with 18-foot vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, clerestory windows, and walls hung with large-scale local artwork — including murals painted directly on the walls that remind you immediately that you are in Austin and nowhere else. The kitchen runs the full length of the back wall with warm wood cabinetry, a bold red lacquered backsplash, a professional-range stove with pot filler, and three bar stools at the island. It is a kitchen that actually fits a group of fourteen.



The screened-in porch off the main level is its own room — cedar-paneled walls, floor-to-ceiling screens, deep sectional seating, a flat-screen TV, and a bar area. In the warm months it becomes the default gathering spot from mid-afternoon until the outdoor curfew. The backyard runs behind the house under a mature live oak canopy with a fire pit, cornhole, a hammock, and a gas grill. Two separate dining areas inside the house seat the full group without crowding.

Guest will have access to the entire home.



Once a booking is made through Airbnb, Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals will reach out directly. All guests are required to fill out our Guest Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules of the agreement.



This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups. This is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully.



Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty.



While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only.
