Beautiful property and great location for walks or day trips.

All good except: mattresses 2nd & 3rd level need replacing. Master on top level really bad. Outside could really use coat of paintwater pressure in 2nd level bad Otherwise. - perfect great room.

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Perfect house that is a short walk to the beach.

House is comfortable, but needs some update, windows, outside stairs, deck, TV room. Kitchen well stocked, two outside grills, one charcoal. Bedding could be improved. TV room, sleeps 4, preferably children. Property manager very helpful.

Lovely house and setting. My only request would be to have some light blankets in the bedroom - it was way too warm for the nice comforters, but we needed more than a sheet. I know that the number of stairs has been mentioned before, but please take this caution under advisement. From the garage you go up about 6 steps to the ground level, from there another six (or so) steps to the first bedroom and bathroom, more steps (about 8?) to the main floor (2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room), about 5 more steps to the lovely kitchen/dining area, and - finally about 6 more steps to the loft, 2 bedrooms (1 small without a door), and a bathroom. The house is beautiful, but i am awfully glad I had grandchildren there to carry stuff up all of those stairs!

Wonderful location, in walking distance to beach and downtown. Loved the surrounding woods with foxes playing nearby. Large living room and kitchen that made an enjoyable family gathering possible. Nice bathrooms also. Several doors wouldn’t lock easily or at all. Property could use some TLC

We stayed over Christmas for a couple days. The house was great, perfect for our group of 9. Lots of steps to keep in mind, but wasn’t an issue at all for our group. We also loved being able to easily walk into downtown Sutton’s Bay.

We had a great stay at this nice home in Sutton's Bay. The home was clean and comfortable. The stairs were a bit much for a few of our seniors, but we managed to have a great time. A few suggestions to improve the property. The ceiling fan in main area needs a good cleaning. A working can opener would be a great addition. The knives in the kitchen need to be sharpened or replaced. More towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms would be a great addition. An air fryer would also be a great addition to the kitchen.

This property and location was so perfect for our friends trip up north to Michigan! Perfect size for our group, except the “5th bedroom” does not have its own separate door, so be prepared for that. Beds were extremely comfy and kitchen was well supplied! Thanks for being great hosts!

Our multi age family was in town for a wedding. The property was perfect. It allowed us plenty of room to spread out while allowing great spaces to gather . We loved being able to walk into to town.

We, a large group of friends and family, had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The place was incredibly pleasant and clean, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the cookware and utensils I needed, and I appreciated the clearly labeled cabinets and light switches, which made everything easy to find. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to all my inquiries and requests, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
