With 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, including 2 queens, 2 fulls and 1 twin bunk bed.

No need to trailer your ATV/ORV or snowmobile, ride to trails from house summer or winter. Trails are .4 mile from our house. Parking area plowed for trucks and trailers all winter.

Kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals and eat. Coffee and tea are located above the stove. A closet in bedroom has extra small appliances including blender, grill, popcorn popper, second toaster and additional coffee machines.

2 window A/C units to get rid of some of the heat and humidity of the day, but no central A/C. Home will stay cool if the curtains are drawn during morning hours. Washer and dryer available also for use.
