Snowbird-friendly house with game room, full kitchen, balcony, & W/D

We enjoyed the couple of days we were at this beautiful home (honestly wished we could have got to stay more days but couldn't due to the days were taken) Home was welcoming, clean & spaceful. We plan to return... My family is a large family, were family of 8, along with our 1 yo granddaughter & daughter in law. Everyone felt comfortable & our family so needed this little get away. Our plans were never to leave the house and that's exactly what happen, pool was clean and heated so we enjoyed it all hours of the night/day. Home was very relaxing n welcoming

The reason I booked this over, priced home, was because of the indoor pool. We came to town for my mother-in-law‘s funeral, and I wanted to make sure my grandkids could swim, watch movies have some separate space from adults. Only one TV worked. The pool was cold I t was a cluster

Loved driving into this neighborhood with all the roundabouts, deer prancing through the yards of these beautiful homes. For a second, I wondered if we took a wrong turn lol. Pleasantly surprised of the home, the picture of the front home does no justice. We get together annually, 7 adults, to celebrate our friendship & we mainly came to Kerrville to visit the cross (1st time for 5 of us). The home had enough space to cook, eat, drink & put our Xmas tree up! The floor plan is different, some didn't care for it but I personally liked it. AND HELLO there's an indoor pool that I did take advantage of. They have a wall of their family/friends pictures which was cool to see the connection of the house. Town is small, so everything is close by. Restaurants on the river, good burger joint, 2 story antique store, farmers market & downtown has a great x-mas light display that we got down to take pictures of. Plenty of HEBS (grocery stores if not from Texas). Communication was fast (about pool & deer food).

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. It was perfect for a large family gathering on Thanksgiving. It’s located in a wonderful neighborhood and convenient to everything in Kerrville.

Great house for a family celebration! Everything was fantastic!

The house was clean with lots of space for the kids. We had fun using the pool. The beds were comfortable and everything that was needed was there.

Lovely, well maintained home in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is easy to find and is within 10 minutes of most resturants. Plenty of space for the entire family! Peacful.

No complaints, wonderful house, you’ll love it.

the smell of moth balls that hits you in the face as you walk in the door tells you everything about the enitre property, from the furniture that is at least 30yrs old and wore out to the only lighting is lamps that the light switches dont operate. The beds are wore out every bed you can feel the springs when you lay down. beds are randomly placed around the house. the indoor pool has carpet around the pool and the stench of mold and mildew will force anybody out within 5 mins.
