Wow! Breathtaking! We took a girls trip to celebrate 20 years of friendship and decided to stay here after shopping in Fredericksburg, Tx. Living room- beautifully decorated farmhouse chic, very comfortable couches with large tv to watch movies. Fun board games provided. Beautiful wood floors, wall panels, fireplace, and dinning table were all gorgeous and tied in together. Bedrooms- Bedding/sheets were top notch, mattress and pillows were very high quality. Both king beds were heaven! (Memory foam) Kitchen- Fully equipped with all modern appliances and decor matching throughout the entire house. Stunning Coffee Bar included and Mix Drink Bar for your use. (Honor system) Freshly scented bath/hot tub towels, sheets, and plenty of extra blankets added for comfort. Fully equipped with washer and dryer, travel size toiletries were available in case you forgot something! Super clean, fresh, and crisp. Hot tub was so relaxing and easy to access. Appreciated towel hooks and steps to get in and out. Love ? this vacation home! Highly recommend...and already booking soon to come back for the holidays!

very nice, comforts of home, well decorated and overall a comfortable down home setting. will be renting this property again in the future if it is available. the owner was accommodating and let us know of local attractions.

We travel often and this is one of the most well- appointed and comfortable home stays we have experienced! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms had great water pressure and plenty of towels. I was grateful to find a blowdryer as well as an iron and ironing board for our use. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this place for 4th of July. Was not the holiday weekend any one was expecting but the trip was still good. Far away enough from the river to not have issues during the flood. Rental had lots to do even when we were stuck inside most of the day cause of the storm. Robin was very communicative. During the flooding she personally called to check on us. Would recommend this rental 10/10

We had so much fun. The house was adorable. Our only issue was one of the ladies was in a wheelchair, we couldn’t get the wheelchair in any of the bathrooms, we had to get creative to get her in.

We were 2 couples renting this cozy, very nice house. Perfectly described with the best appointed kitchen, coffee bar, bathrooms, and even a bar! Loved the open kitchen/living area which was roomy yet cozy feel. Great king beds and bathrooms with good showers. Loved the convenient location. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, roomy, and with lots of amenities. Had everything we needed and more. Easy communication with owner. Lots of board games available. New appliances.

We were in town for a softball tourney & this place was a short drive and super cute.. would recommend and would stay here again if in Kerrville!

We (me, my wife, and my sister-in-law) stayed a night in the house on our way to a family vacation in Port Aransas. We were all impressed with the house and would absolutely stay there again.
