This 2 acre jewel sits close to everything in Kerrville. The river. Walmart. I-10. Ingram is 4 miles away. Downtown is 5 minutes away. Hunt, Texas and Fredericksburg are 20 minutes away. Perfect spot for a big group.
A large 1 acre backyard is fully fenced. In addition, there is a separate fenced area with a dog house. Parking for 3-4 in the front of big house. A gated entrance takes you to the back yard guest house, And there’s a few spots to park back there too.

Stayed Oct 25, 2023Our group of ladies from Cajun Country stayed in Martha's home for several days while touring the Texas Hill Country. The house was centrally located between Fredericksburg, Bandera, Comfort and others. Martha had several suggestions of what to do and where to eat that we took her up on and were so glad we did. The home was roomy, comfortable, clean and honestly felt like home. The kitchen was our primary gathering place; where we laughed so hard playing cards each night, I bet we scared away the family of deer outside that wandered throughout the neighborhood. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Aug 31, 2023We were there for our son's wedding, so we had several family members with us. This house was so perfect, it had plenty of rooms and beds and the guest house was a great addition, It also had all the comforts of your own home. The yard was so big and my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter was so excited to see all the deer that were all around. All in all this was the perfect house for us all to stay in. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone needing this size home.

Stayed May 4, 2023The house was great. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my whole family who had come into Kerrville for my daughter's graduation from Schreiner University. It was easy to find and close to the school. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Kerrville.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Absolutely perfect for our extra long weekend with great friends. Very unassuming outside and amazingly lovely inside. Great Kitchen/dinning great room, along with a wonderful family/game room to accommodate any large gathering. The living room is very inviting and all of the bedrooms are expansive. nice bathrooms and great guest cottage. You can’t beat the price. Really wonderful stay all the way around. Can’t wait to come back for our next get together! Great value, highly recommend.
