Stayed Oct 3, 2025Top rate for everything at this rental!! Cleanliness superb, great response always from owner, beautiful property! Husband, son, and two grandsons had a wonderful time! Great location to enable their visits to smoke hole area and Seneca Rock! Especially enjoyed the river and fishing for loads of fun. Hope to be back sometime!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Our stay at the smoke hole riverhouse was fantastic! The location is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, the pool, fire pit, and the great fishing behind the house. The decor is so cozy. My kids enjoyed the large yard. We will be back for many summers!
