this is a three bedroom house that sits behind a small country church. It is all on one floor. There is a ramp going into the house from the back. the house was totally renovated in 2020. the kitchen is brand new. the original bathroom was gutted and remodeled and another bathroom was added. The house has one bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with full bed. There is a large living room and dining room and a beautiful front porch where you can watch the

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We've stayed at Mammies Place several times for a regular climbing trip to Reed's Creek and Smoke Hole. It's a fantastic location for access to climbing and Franklin. In addition, the quiet setting can be enjoyed from the cozy front porch. Mammies Place is clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Danita is a wonderful host.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023This is the third time that we have stayed here while climbing at Reed’s Creek and Smoke Hole. The house clean and well appointed. It is in a very peaceful location that can be enjoyed from the comfortable porch. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jun 22, 2022The house was beautifully restored. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen fully stocked and beds super comfortable. Pictures don’t due it justice at all. Loved the front porch and sitting watching all the firefly. My wife was super happy. Thank you for sharing so we could make memories of our own there also

Stayed Mar 10, 2022This is a great place for a quiet getaway. The house feels cozy and homey without feeling quaint. Updated kitchen and bath add a modern feel to a house with beautiful views. Great for a fishing trip with access to several rivers.
