SMB Private Family Home with Heated Pool

Beautiful home in West Bay across the small quiet street st from the beach. We were a group of 7 and the home was beautifully appoi9, stylish, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the chickens who's visit each day and that we could walk to see the sunset and Miss Rosie at Heritage Kitcjen

Great location / Perfect House / Excellent Communication / Will stay here again!

Eight of us stayed here...all adults. It was a perfect mixture of relaxation and spending time at the beach and pool, plus ease of getting to restaurants and shopping with a quick car ride. (Although Heritage Kitchen is a short walk away and probably the best seafood on the island!). We were glad not to be in the thick of 7 mile island along with its crowds and cruise traffic.The house has everything you could ever need. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you could want; the coffee bar is handy; there are tons of games and books, and the gym is beyond amazing with every amenity.One quick note...the main floor bedroom does not have a closet. Otherwise, the bedrooms were super comfy, clean, and beautifully decorated!We would absolutely come back to this house if we stayed on the island again. Communication with Kathy was easy and quick.

Our second year of staying at Clearwater House. Could not ask for a better house and location. Beautiful house and property. We will be back again.

Great stay at Boggy Sands Road. Walkable distance to a grocery store, the beach is just down the street for great sunset views, the pool is wonderful and always warm for a refreshing dip, or just lounging poolside. We chose this beautiful property for the amenities…nice to have a grill for cookouts and a kitchen to cook meals. Very secluded feeling, and property was very quiet aside from a party down the street one night. Hammocks were wonderful for an extra outdoor chill space. Kathy was a huge help with any questions we had regarding the property or things to do on the island and emailed a detailed list about the house, amenities and what to pack, what’s in the area for grocery stores, resources for charters, etc. Only thing I would say is it may be helpful to have a printout of all the info sent online in a book/binder at the property. Would definitely stay here again…they take pride in making sure guests are taken care of. Kathy has an appreciation for the island that is contagious! Until next time…thank you!

This house is great for a family trip. We had 9 people and had plenty of space. The heated pool, ping pong, hammocks and spacious living area, kitchen, and outdoor area were the highlights. Overall spectacuar trip! Would come back.

This property has it all! The kids loved the warm pool, the parents loved sipping coffee in our robes each morning, taking a cold plunge, back to the pool, lifting weights, taking walks by the beach, playing basketball, making dinner on the blacktop, etc. The location is perfect and right across the street from the ocean. We swam and snorkeled daily. Kathy and the owners had exceptional communication and are incredibly accommodating. Overall, it was an amazing experience. They even had the house tastefully decorated for the holidays. It was very comfortable and a perfect place to gather. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Kathy!
