Stayed Mar 8, 2026Some of the condos are not directly on the beach but a very short walk! Beautiful private beach! Each day there were only about 10-15 people at any given time! The water was nice and calm! The condo was fantastic! Plenty of room! Nice location! The customer service was great! Each night we needed a taxi, it was booked for us and on time. Any questions about where to eat or different excursions were answered within minutes!

Stayed Jan 26, 2026We had a wonderful stay! The beach access was fantastic, and the included amenities made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal, with shops and stores within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were outstanding- the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was lovely and the little back yard space was great for my boys to have a catch and run around. The beach is a short walk and a little slice of paradise. We didn’t need much but knew the staff was available if we did need something.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Loved everything about the property aside from the distance to the beach. Not terribly far, definitely walkable, but I was quite hoping for a view from somewhere in the home. This is all disclosed in the listing, but just wish it was closer. Otherwise the place is perfect!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We loved our stay at Boggy Shores. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved being close to the grocery store so we could make meals in our kitchen. We also used the grill and the rooftop. The location was about a 3 minute walk from the beach and was awesome. They had everything you needed. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day. They always were willing to put up umbrellas. You could snorkel right from the beach. The team checked in every morning and before they left to make sure we didn't need anything.....and when we did, they were right over to fix a couple things.Thanks for everything....we would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024The unit is absolutely beautiful and extremely functional. We had everything we needed for 6 adults to be very comfortable. The private beach is great and you are provided all the fun toys - kayak, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, floating devices, etc. The local snorkeling is the best on the island. The service is beyond outstanding. Highly, highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024We celebrated my 60th birthday at Boggy Sands Coral1 and it was AMAZING!!!! Starting with the booking, communication with the team, checkin and the home itself, which was perfect in every way. Everything we needed was there. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and just beautiful. The pool and private beach were lovely. We could not have been happier. My entire party was sad to leave. We will definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10/10!!!! Thank you and congratulations to the entire team.
