With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    Beautiful home with plenty of space to our group! Perfect walking distance to coffee shops, workout studios, and restaurants. Staff was lovely and communicative. Would recommend this place to any groups I know traveling to Charleston in the future!

    This house is in a great location and sleeps a ton of people! The AC in the upstairs kitchen/family room needs love and attention as does the upstairs plumbing. Communication with the host was easy and he quickly responded.

    We had a great vacation and enjoyed Charleston. My only complaint would be the a/c downstairs. It definitely needs attention as it only cooled the bedrooms. Kitchen and living area were pretty warm.

    While the hosts were very responsive to our requests, this property needs a lot of work. Water stains on the walls, rotting windows and floors, overpainted trim, and cheap quality renovations were our impressions. It is an old house (we live in a 100+ year house), but it is clear that the bare minimum was done to make these 2 units rentable. Each unit has a single, very very small bathroom not really capable of full three bedroom unit. The steps and floors need a lot of work to be truly safe. Worst, we left a bunch of bananas on the counter only to find one eaten by a rodent. The furnishings were very basic and needed another chair or table. Owner replaced a faucet that was not operating, which was good. Overall, we will be careful to find a better quality unit in the future.
