The perfect size and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was ok but in the middle of the second night we lost internet connection and the house had small roaches. The location was good and it was next to the pool.

Great and easy check in process! I would recommend letting guests know in advance how well stocked the place is so they don’t bring unnecessary stuff like coffee maker, blender, etc. Good WiFi too!

Reviewer Comments: The stay was great but when we got there it was not completely clean there was dip bottles left on the porch, we found several cockroches around the house, their was frozen shrimp in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting of odor from fish an shrip. We went to use the pots and pans and I had to wash they were greasy.

Had a great time with kids and Grands in our VRBO! Unit looked to be a little more isolated in the pics…ended up in a cluster of rentals and was very loud at night, even though quiet time was supposed to start at 10:00. House was pretty nice…very functional for our family.

House was awesome. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place at Port A. House was beautiful and convenient to beach as well as town. Could not of asked for a better experience!!!

The only kitchen issue was the knocked every time it tried to make ice, but never actually made any. That as only a minor issue though. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it!! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering it.

Amazing home away from home! Lots to do, lots of room for kids to play, pool was close by, along with beautiful view of a pond! Can’t wait to come back!

Took some teen boys for spring break. Lots of comfortable beds and underneath is the perfect place for the kids to hang out, by the pool and fishing pond.

Plenty of room for up to 10 people. Nice neighborhood with plenty of area to walk the dog. Had a couple of small issues that were taken care of quickly.

This beach house had plenty of room for our family, 2 seniors, 2 adults, 3 kids under 7, and 3 dogs. We enjoyed watching the turtles on the pond, sunset and the pool was next door. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked with necessities. My only disappointment was, the AC went out on day 2., inside temp was 85. The repair people couldn't fix it. The management notified us at 11:30 at night that we could move to another unit. A bit late to be moving 3 sleeping kids and our belongings. We waited till morning. Packed up, tidied the unit and moved into the new unit. This was a bit inconvenient as we couldn't make our scheduled morning activities. We would defiantly come back if the AC was repaired.

It was an absolute blast staying at this house and it was very close to the beach and all the restaurants. Would definitely recommend for all types of groups!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two families met up for a 4 day /night break before back to school. Pictures are misleading in size - definitely using a wide angle lens. Actual living room area is pretty compact and couch holds 4 people max to watch any tv. Others have to sit in the kitchen. Vinyl flooring is popping/warped in multiple high traffic areas, sunken floor in spots (possibly related to house being on beams, but obvious), broken ice maker in freezer. Requested maintenence for icemaker, but no one came as promised. Be prepared to buy ice, any spices needed (spice rack is mostly empty and NO sign of even salt & pepper). No beach equipment at all to use (towels, chairs, umbrella, wave boards, etc). Cable/ wifi/ internet almost non-exsistent. Water pressure in our bathroom showers was trickling, but at least it was hot. A simple shower to rinse off the sand will take 3 times as long as it should (actually, outside shower before you go upstairs has great water pressure, so we took our shampoo/conditioner down there to clean our hair). Community pool is very misleading in pictures - about the size of a hot tube and is full if one family is already there (and I don't want to know what's in the water). Pond behind unit breeds mosquitos and so sitting outside downstairs was not possible. Area seems safe enough and we didn't have any issues with neighbors being too loud, parties, etc. Sufficient parking in tandem under unit for 2 large vehicles. Overall, for the price we paid with no direct beach access behind community, I expected more.

This property is super close to the beach, right on the neighborhood pond, and directly next door to the pool. Made our vacation super fun and convenient.

Wish there was better direct access to the beach but if you're just out for a stroll, this is perfect. Too far away though to carry all your stuff with you LOL. Gotta rent a cart (unless you want the salt on your vehicle). Right beside the pool, great for the kids we had along with us.
