Single Family Beach Home steps away from the beautiful Sylvan Beach

House is in great location. Property Manager response time was excellent. It was fairly clean inside, but it's old and not really kept up. Backyard wasn't mowed.

Three-night stay in Sylvan Beach NY. Quiet residential area close to the lake/ beach, but close enough to Sylvan Beach activities (within walking distance). We had a wonderful time.

Impression of this property is that it requires serious cleaning; floors very dirty; old, expired foodstuffs in refrigerator and cupboords; dirty dishes/silverware in cupboards; no dishsoap provided; no dishwasher soap provided; counters and cupboards need intense scrubbing; all cupboards/drawers need to be organized; wary about electrical wiring; extension cords almost abusive in outlets; no portable heaters found, very cold; no intructions for use of television; no instructions for use of wall heater in main room; spiders and nests in windows/bathroom/bedrooms;

Clean, centrally located everything provided for a beach stay- sand toys towels beach chairs relaxing front porch backyard fire pit and gas grill- Washer dryer and central air all the amenities of home

Loved the shallow warm lake one block away

The place was very dusty and lots of little bugs everywhere and the hot tub turned green on the second day so we could not use it after the second day! If they left instructions we could have done something to fix it! You could sleep many people which was a plus! The dryer had so much lint it wasn’t drying and my husband took 4 inches thick of lint out of the dryer and down the hole such a fire hazard! Not sure why the cleaning people did not clean out the lint!
