Stayed Jul 27, 2025House was very clean & well stocked with towels, linens, etc. The only negative was there was no place for clothes on hangers. Also, the walk was farther from the house than 2 blocks, more like 3-4 blocks (only an issue if you use a cane) and totally fine for the kids.The kids loved having use of all of the bikes. Plenty of firewood provided. Plenty of parking. Rick was very responsive.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We had a blast on our three night getaway in Sylvan Beach! Rick was nearby and available daily with any questions we had. He gave helpful tips of a quiet beach which was a short bike ride away. Looking forward to returning soon! The house was adorable and had everything we could need!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023The owner had all you need for a comfortable stay. The property was clean and there were many extras to add to the experience including bikes for use, games and a fire pit. Area activities are close by but the location is not busy providing a more quiet morning coffee on the deck and more safety for younger ones. The owner was available if there were concerns thiugh we did not have any.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Great location of the cottage. The porch was great in the morning for coffee. If oyu forgot anything as far as toiletry it was there for you.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Ricky's place is super comfortable and if you have family with little ones, this is the place to bring them. There were many added extras as Ricky has thought of everything. I certainly never expected the range of fun toys and a package of diapers, yet all of these were available and more. We are definitely considering future stays.
