Lucky Little Lake House - Heart of Sylvan Beach

House was very clean, easy in and out. We used it for a ice fishing guys weekend, definetly could see spending a week with the whole family in the summer..... great location.

Hostess Annette was AMAZING!! Went above and beyond as we had an unexpected unforeseen problem but the Hostess was immediate, attentive, empathetic and resolved the problem and compensated for time and wanted me to have the best experience. The house had everything stocked, immaculately clean. More adorable than the pictures and the house was not only decorated for Christmas like I asked, but beautiful, detailed everywhere in the house. Fireplace was so beautiful which was another important thing to me for my Family Holiday dinner. Hostess and house hands down was perfect and I expect to return again for sure.

It was so clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us and more than enough room to sleep comfortably, eat and watch a movie. I would highly recommend the house. And so close to the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed too

Wonderful family friendly home with lots of games to play. Our 9 year old and 5 year old had a wonderful time.

Clean house and well stocked. The 0.4 mile walk to the beach on the lake was outlined on our check-in. The water view in the front porch photo is of the canal without dock access. Easy walk to restaurants.

We had a great time in Sylvan Beach. The house was great. Perfect location near beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, amusement park, pretty much everything was within a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and perfect for our two families (4 kids under 4). Great space and had all the amenities we needed (even beach accessories - chairs, tubes, toys, floaties). Annette was very responsive and checked in mid-trip to see if we needed anything. Overall 10/10 and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Comments: We spent 5 nights in this spacious home. It is located right next to many attractions in Sylvan Beach. Its on a dead end street so no vehicle or pedestrian traffic. The HVAC system is awesome. It was hot outside but very comfortable inside. I had family staying nearby in a different house and their HVAC didn't work very well. We lost power sometime during a storm and there was no disruption of anything electrical inside. The only way I knew we lost power was because the generator outside was running. The generator is big enough to run the city. LOL great place, I would rent again. Thank You!

We had an amazing time! So close to walk to everything but far enough for quiet time. Wish the yard was bigger for the kids but did NOT ruin our time at all as we weren’t there much. Very clean and very roomy plenty of space.

Our family enjoyed the house and the 4 bedrooms were perfect for us. Everyone loved the short walk to the beach and we even were in town for the opening day of the small amusement park. The adults loved the restaurant and live bands nearby.

Sylvan Beach has a lot to offer and this is the perfect place to do it from. Just a lovely home and the owner is wonderful to deal with. We plan on going back next year - a definite 10 out of 10

Very clean and welcoming! The host left some lovely snacks.(always a bonus!) The house was close to everything! Communication with the host was quick and easy. A big bonus was all the ladies in th group(4) had their own room. One of them left a shirt behind and it was mailed back to her! Excellent service! Would definitely visit again!

My husband, 2 children and their spouses, and 5 yo granddaughter stayed for a long weekend. This place did not disappoint! Location PERFECT! 2-5 min walking distance to beach, restaurants, amusement park,…everything!………never had to use the car all weekend. Our granddaughter practically lived at the beach, sunsets right over the water. The town is sooo quint and simple. Back to the basics. The house was clean, roomy, any and all supplies needed were there. Annette was the perfect host,…excellent and timely communication with us from first booking to end of our visit. Loved it!

We absolutely had a great time on our family trip to Sylvan Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We actually had an extra bedroom. The home was in walking distance to restaurants, stores , beach and amusements. Which was great! We loved the well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms had comfy beds and the balcony off the master was a perfect reading spot for me. We also ate together at the spacious dining room table. The front porch was perfect, with a nice cross breeze and view of the water. Will definitely recommend to friends and family heading to Sylvan Beach!! This property was above and beyond our expectations. This was my parents first time renting through VRBO and they were extremely impressed with this vacation home. The location was ideal for finding local places to eat a walking distance away. The rooms were comfortable and best kept. I will definitely recommend this beautiful property to everyone. The owners communicated wonderfully with me whenever I had a question or concern. 10 out of 10 rating

This house is located on a dead end street steps away from the main drag. The house is so cute, clean and accommodates so many people. I loved all the little added touches, games, food, wine, it was awesome!!
