Simply Sunny Fun! 4BR Close to DT Chas & Beaches! Great backyard firepit & games

We had a great stay at Paula’s! House is conveniently located to many shopping centers, activities and the beach! House was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Paula is very quick and easy to get in touch with.

Paula's property is very conveniently located in the Mt. Pleasant / Charleston area. It was beautiful, and the backyard is very spacious! She is also extremely well communicative and even bought the group some muffins for our stay! I highly recommend this property and am excited to try to return in the near future.

Perfect Charleston home base!We spent several days in Charleston for a family wedding, and I am so glad I found Simply Sunny Fun! and was able to book this house. Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the option to reserve a crib and high chair through her equipment rental business was a huge perk. We have stayed in Charleston several times, and this was by far our favorite rental home. (You know how sometimes a house is great, but you have those thoughts of I wish there were hooks for towels or something similar? There were ZERO things that came to mind that would have improved our comfort here.) We loved the well-stocked kitchen, the plentiful comfy seating, and the large table so we could all eat and relax together. The back yard was a perfect spot to enjoy the lovely weather, again with plenty of seating! I cannot rate or recommend this house highly enough. I would not hesitate to book it again for future visits!

Simply Sunny Fun is close to many amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, USS Yorktown, Sullivan's Island, Charleston, and it is easy to locate. The house has everything thing you need. It would be nice to have a TV with regular channels and a TV in one of the bedrooms, but that is not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay there and Paula was very helpful and prompt when fixing a problem with one of the TV's. Would definitely recommend staying at her house.

The host did an excellent job communicating the details of our stay in advance of our arrival. She had all sorts of extras (spices/condiments) in the kitchen and left us a treat. The house was clean and spacious, and we had a very nice stay.

Paula is a wonderful host. A pleasure to work with! The home is beautiful and amenities were great. I highly recommend this rental. A wonderful family get away!

The house was a great fit for our large family and dog and was fully stocked! Great home in a great neighborhood!

Enjoyed the entire house but especially enjoyed the backyard space. Sitting around the fire pit at the end of the day was perfect. Will look to book again in the future.

Communication was excellent. Property was as described. Short drive to the beach and to Charleston. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas!

This is a lovely, clean, well-stocked home in a quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient to both Isle of Palms and Charleston. We highly recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent place for our family Well equipped kitchen with large fridge and very large dining table as well as plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves Check in and out were very easy and we appreciated the host being flexible on departure time to accommodate one of our party departing flight Location is extremely good, close to everything we wanted to do yet quiet and peaceful Highly recommended and we will try and use the property again if it is available

Great location and house had everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and will probably not be the last. Paula is so wonderful to work with!

The house had a great layout with a big dining room table, lots of seating, and two separate living areas so the kids could be separated if needed. We had plenty of the basics left for us (detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). The location was peaceful and near everything we could need; it was a quick ride downtown. Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Paula was born to host! The house is great and perfectly suited for a stay of any length!! Pet friendly, kid safe, family friendly and so well stocked! I really can’t say enough about how perfect the place is, the the location is great if you like the beach, the city or the local attractions and plantations. Quiet neighborhood, friendly and welcoming. Will be back, many many times!! And so clean. Perfect

Wonderful experience

Property was great to enjoy lovely fall weather in Mount Pleasant. We did several trips to Charleston, which was only 15 mins away. House was close to the airport, outlets, a few nice malls, and a ton of grocery stores and restaurants! We had a great time in the backyard, playing ping pong and using the firepit. Owner was extra attentive to our needs and the house was probably the most stocked house with towels and kitchen necessities. Highly recommend!!

Ours was a sister’s trip, it was extra nice that we each had our own bedroom. The house is updated and all the rooms in the house were a nice size. It was perfect for our stay! There are 3 seating areas outdoors that we enjoyed in the evenings. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Charleston. The host was very communicative and helpful, probably the best I’ve dealt with. She lives nearby which was nice to know she was available quickly if we had any issues, which we didn’t. There are a couple rooms where you have one step down to enter. Not a big deal but at night we had to be aware since we’re older. We loved our stay, would definitely stay here again! Charleston.

We stayed at this house to celebrate the wedding of a relative. The house fully met our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves
