House was massive, spacious, clean. Grills need some work. Great stay.

It's more like renting a whole hotel than just a beach house. Great pool, large private fenced yard for dogs and games. Totally worth every cent!

The younger family members thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. However we did notice what looks to be mold growing in and around the vents primarily in the first floor but it is in the other vents also it was a great house otherwise.

The only thing we think it could use is another washer and dryer.... With this many rooms, definitely could use another set. We love having ice maker and recreation rooms. All in all, a great house!

Lots of static, will periodically cut out 100%, goes up and down by itself and gets worse as the day goes on. *built in on the third floor has a shelf that is falling apart. *Second floor bedroom on the ocean side sliding door won’t lock.

The owner is receptive to fixing issues that need attention which has not been true for the owners of prior rentals, even for safety related items.
