It's all about the location with this lovely home! Walk past three houses, no roads to cross, and you're on the beautiful white, sandy beach. This home has five bedrooms and three and a half baths and is a corner home, with just one short block to the ocean.

The main level, or first floor, is beautifully decorated and provides a bright, open space for entertaining guests. The living room features comfortable seating with a 65'' flat screen TV. The dining room table seats 10, with an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. The living and dining areas are backed by floor to ceiling windows that run along the exterior of the home providing natural light and easy access to the expansive outdoor porches. Recently added, a new screened patio is an ideal spot for outdoor dining with table seating for ten and a comfortable place to enjoy warm summer afternoons. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a white subway tile back splash. A separate beverage station in the kitchen provides extra refrigerator space.

Also, located on the first floor, just off the living room, is the master bedroom which is furnished with a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a stand up shower as well as a jetted tub. A cozy sitting room connects to the master bedroom and provides a great space for working remotely, playing games, or can allow for extra sleeping on the pull-out sofa.

The remaining four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom to the left has a king bed and flat screen TV. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which also has with a king bed and TV. At the opposite end of the hall is the fourth room with a king size bed and TV. This room shares a bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which has both a queen bed and a bunk bed with twins. The third bedroom and fifth bedroom have balcony access.

The home has multi-level decks on the ocean side of the home. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch or take in the ocean views and sunsets on the rooftop deck, which we like to call the sky lounge. This home does come with garage access. There is also a golf cart for use during your stay ($350 use/maintenance fee applies) and a Tesla charger (3rd generation) available for guest use as well!

    The arrival information was great and check-in process was super simple. We appreciated that after a a long drive! The house worked great for our group of friends. The outdoor gathering spaces were fantastic. The living room and kitchen was spacious and comfortable. We plan to return!

    Excellent experience with both the home and property management. Beautiful and well located, we were able to fully enjoy a nearly private beach just a short stroll from the house. Home was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and garage space for 2 vehicles. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice arrangement with master on primary floor. Lovely neighborhood. Walkable and safe. Would definitely recommend!

    This house was perfect for our family vacation. With 3 adult couples and 3 young children, having multiple king bedrooms and one with bunks and a queen was ideal. The kitchen and living spaces were well equipped and comfy, and the porches were great for lunch, dinner and evening chats. Being so close to the beach access was also great with the kids. We look forward to next year!

    This house is perfect for middle aged and older adults looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. For kids aged 5 and 8 with some physical challenges not so much. If you want an ocean view with your morning coffee this is not it. That said the house is comfortable, clean, well provisioned and equipped. It's very convenient to the beach. The street dead ends at beach access with no cross traffic. We went in April and the weather was cool and rainy much of the week. There are many steps in the house. But for middle-aged and older physically fit adults this is a great house.

    We stayed with another family, and it was the perfect house for us. Lots of board games and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower in the garage was great for washing off sand before entering the house. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

    Wonderful home with great spaces. LOVED the screened in porch and all the decks. Was also nice to have the garage space. Would love to see a drying line in the garage for towels and suits.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach. The beach in that area was relatively un-crowded with plenty of space to enjoy the sand and warm water. The home is very clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
