On the first floor, you will enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area that flows onto the porch. The living space upstairs has a comfortable living room with a TV and a traditional sitting area to relax and enjoy company or a book. Pack all your favorite snacks and beverages because this house has two refrigerators for you and your guests. This charming home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting areas, and the spacious four-bedroom floor plan allows the kiddos to get to bed in a quiet room while the adults continue cocktails and fun on the porch! This home also features ample natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere perfect for relaxation and creating lasting memories with family and friends.

We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 9 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

    We enjoyed spending evenings on the screened in porch. We played games and had dinners together. Though there are only two bathrooms, we made it work. We never ran out of hot water! The beds were comfortable. Once warning to those with allergies, the pillows are stuffed with feathers. Many in our group began having issues by mid-week. BYO pillows or extra covers.We look foreward to staying again!

    A few days were great! The house is as described and a very short walk to the beach. It was also pretty easy to get into Charleston for dinners.

    Close to town and also very private area of the beach. a lot of room in the house but strange layout with living room being on second floor. Loved the location as it was walking distance easily to town. Very quiet neighborhood

    The house was overall clean, floors needed a real good mopping. The downstairs bathroom was a very strange layout, but overall the house was large and close to the beach. A very easy walk. If beach chairs and umbrellas were provided it would be a complete win!!

    Nice property which has been maintained well. Good kitchen with lots of utensils to work with and two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and had adequate plugs for devices. Nice seating areas for watching TV or playing games. Stairs to second floor are on the steep side so people with mobility issues may want stay downstairs. Closets have lots of room and there is a TV in each of the bedrooms. Very short walk to the beach. Nice screened porch to sit on. Adequate parking off street. Only a couple of things to be aware of. The downstairs bathroom shower is across the the dining room in another room and not with the rest of the bathroom. No place to hang coats, hats, etc. Only six chairs for the dining room table. The whole town is a speed trap so watch your speed.
