Stayed Jan 23, 2026Spacious house in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Cowes. The BBQ wasn’t clean on arrival, due to it being left that way by previous guests, which was a minor disappointment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Stayed Jan 29, 2026Great space, loads of kitchen equipment, close to beach and shops. Would come back. No wifi, could not find the network, services are not great in Phillip Island. A suggestion- memory foam mattress toppers would help with the bedding. Neighbours @no 10 were very helpful/friendlyThanks for a great stay

Stayed Jan 6, 2025Been our regular destination for over 5 years our kids have grown up holidaying with their friends at smiths beach and love this house. We feel right at home and the dog loves lounging around the deck and big secure back yard . Big part of how we reset for the year ahead. Easy house to keep clean has everything you need beds are comfy great air con. Neighbours are great and give us a warm welcome every year.. Caroline is great to deal with as well very responsive.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024We loved our stay at Smiths Beach. Perfect for two families with young kids - the kids loved being in the bunk room together! Perfect yard for our dogs too, huge and secure. Had everything we needed and close walk to Smiths Beach. Only think we would have loved was an indoor clothes horse for drying clothes when it’s wet outside and also the gas tank under the bbq was empty, but otherwise LOVED it and want to return next year!!!! Thank you :)
