Sharp Ocean View Paradise with Hot Tub, Game Room & Free Daily Massages!

We had a very nice stay. The hosts were great! They responded promptly to all our requests. The house was comfortable and worked well for our needs. The hosts added many thoughtful things to the house to make it fun and convenient. The TV’s in all the bedrooms was a pleasure and the hot tube was an attraction for our family. We couldn’t find the kayak launch but the beach was so close.

Sharp Ocean View Paradise was one of the most amazing condos I have ever stayed in! It was spacious, clean, modern, and simply beautiful, with everything one could possibly imagine being provided! I loved the beachy wall hangings, and especially loved the Christian inspired sayings on many of them. This was a lovely testimony to the heart of the owners, who use a large percenteage of their profits from the rental to provide clean water to areas of the world! What an admirable practice, one I've never read about before in any other condo description!!!!!!Unfortunately, we hit a hurricane week, so we were disappointed with 5 children under the age of 10! But, this condo provided many options with their games of skee ball, hoops, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade video game, besides lots of board games. The hot tub was a wonderful option to paying the fees for the outdoor pool in the development. One of my happiest memories is our 5 grandchildren with their goggles having a ball in the hot tub! It saved us from hurricane disaster!Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful slice of paradise with us!

Property is beautiful. Neighborhood is great for walking. Close enough to drop off family at the beach. Beach shuttle available on weekends. Pool is nice, but no swimming or splashing allowed. Nice shallow shaded area in the pool with lounge seats. House has many amenities- 6 beach chairs, beach wagon

Our stay was very relaxing. The house accommodated all of our three families needs. It was a perfect location to the beach and anything else we might have needed. The Host answered accordingly and it was a very easy process. The many extra games the house has for the kids was absolutely perfect after a long day in the sun.

This place is exactly as listed. I was not sure what to expect with limited reviews, but truly it was even a bit better than shown in the photos. From the start, there was frequent communication with helpful information. The check-in was smooth with no problems. No one had problems with the wi-fi. (What a win!) We had 6 kids from 3 months-11 years old. They all had plenty of activities on site and had such a blast just hanging out at the house when we had some downtown. Kitchen: Solid stock of what we needed for our week in the house. It was so nice to have a fridge/freezer in the garage which was purely our hydration fridge. The only thing I would mention is the coffee pot is only a 4 cupper. If you are like are family and need a few pots to get rolling in the morning - I would either bring your own or come with Kureigs.(this worked for us)All the rooms were so great to stay in. The beds and pillows were actually comfy for a rental. We had plenty of space and it was nice to have access to some extra towels in the closets and no one was fighting over them. Of note: If you are team top sheet, the bunk rooms and double room did not have a top sheet but the King Suites did. Suggest bringing your own if you need one. Beach and pool access was as listed. We ultimately ended up driving to the state park because it was less people. We also liked being able to use our beach tent and spread out more. We were also thankful for the extra beach chairs for use in the garage.

We had a great stay at this property in Delaware! It was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and just a short drive to both the boardwalk and the beach. The property manager was responsive and kept us well informed when we had questions. We had a group of 10, ranging from ages 8 to over 60, and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!

This home was everything the listing offered and more! We had ages ranging from 2 up through to adults. We were pleasantly surprised to find a travel crib and high chair and toys for the little ones to play with. We have stayed in several different homes throughout the years and this was by far one of the best! There were several extra perks that were such a huge help. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach gear and the beach toys were a huge hit! To make it even better there was a cooler and a beach wagon to use! We did not use the kayaks but they were in excellent condition. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! We found the neighborhood to be very quiet. Traffic in town and parking to go to the beach was challenging but typical for a beach town. We discovered a nice playground in town the negative was that you have to pay for parking to go to it. The complex as far as we could tell did not have a playground adding one would be beneficial for renters with small children or maybe a listing of local playgrounds would be handy. We found another playground in a neighboring town that had free parking but that was on our last day there. My kids loved the air hockey table a suggestion I have is to consider moving the air hockey table out to the game area in the garage and swap it out with the fooze ball table. The air hockey table is very noisy and it echos throughout the house which proves to be challenging when people want to watch tv downstairs. Excellent listing and home!

Thank you so much for hosting us for my birthday weekend! Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The house is beautiful and so spacious! The massage chair and hot tub were a hit, and the hosts thought of everything from seasonings, appliances, extra towels, detergent, you name it. We would absolutely come back! Great proximity to Bethany Beach also. Thank you again!
