This multi-level home can accommodate up to 12 guests and is located in the 11th St area of town. Appointed with polished hardwood floors and fresh furnishings, the 4BR/4.5BA layout ensures there's plenty of space for everyone. Two breezy balconies look out over thecomplex. Take a swim in the large pool, which is heated in the winter months, shoot down the winding water slide, and cook up appetizers and meals in the BBQ area. This resort truly has it all, and you're only 1 block from Port A's beautiful beach. The in-town location is close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The open-concept second-floor main space is airy and inviting, with the southern sun streaming in through the windows. Island beach décor is carried throughout. Step out onto the balcony, just off of the living room, where you can take in the salty breeze with your morning coffee in hand. In the evenings, sink into the cozy L-shape couch, which converts to a sofa sleeper, with a good read or your favorite shows, which can be viewed on a 55” flat-screen TV. Whether preparing beach snacks or special dinners, you'll have fun in the immaculate kitchen equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. For family-style meals, the dining area seats six, and room for four at the breakfast bar. Shared amenities include a heated pool, a water slide, a BBQ area with a charcoal grill, and a picnic area. Step outside, splash around, and meet some of the other guests enjoying the newest complex in Port Aransas. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor—one is a master suite (BR1) with a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom; the other is a bunk room (BR2) perfect for kids with a Twin over Full bunk bed, and TV and a Dozer chair that converts to a twin bed. Both have access to the back patio. The laundry room is also on the ground-level floor as is access to the garage. The second floor comprises the kitchen, living room, and dining area, half bath, plus another master suite (BR3) with a king bed, TV, ensuite bath with vanity and shower, and access to the front deck. (The living room offers access to the back deck.) A third-floor master suite (BR4) includes a king bed an ensuite bath with a stand-alone shower, and a private balcony. You're 1 block from the sand and surf and central to all things Port Aransas, including delicious seafood, pristine golf courses, fishing piers, and music venues. Learn about the area's boating history at the museum, 4 blocks away. Then, order cold drinks and listen to live music at different venues around town. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras. The garage can hold one vehicle and there is room in the driveway for two more, a total of parking for three vehicles.
