Beachside Corner is a family-friendly three-bedroom townhome conveniently located on 11th Street. A short 8-minute walk will get you to the beautiful Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. This community includes access to a saltwaterpool that is heated during the winter months and even has a slide. This townhome is adorned with beach-inspired décor and hardwood floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further. There is fun for the whole family. Park your car in the assigned parking spaces and leave it for the duration of your stay. You can golf cart to get coffee, groceries, and of course to the beach.

After a day of fun in the sun, return to your Port A home and relax on your outdoor patio. Downstairs you will find the full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly away in the hall, along with a large walk-in closet for extra storage. Guest bedroom 1 (BR1) holds a Queen-size bed, nightstands, dresser, wall-mounted TV, closet, corner chair, and private patio access leading outside to outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Guest bedroom 2 (BR2) consists of two Twin over Full built-in bunk beds, a closet, and a TV, also with access to the back patio. Both rooms share a bathroom with a vanity and a tub/shower. Venture upstairs and you will find a newly designed living room with a large sleeper sectional sofa with plush pillows, a flat-screen HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and a half bath for guests. The dining room table accommodates seven guests while the bar allows additional seating for four. Meals are sure to be enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig on the sidebar. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make you feel right at home along with dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. The master bedroom (BR3) offers a plush King-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and private ensuite bath with a full-size shower. The private balcony off of the master suite has plenty of room to sit and unwind.
