Stayed Aug 16, 2025Very nice house, modern and clean. Lake access is an issue as it has a steep tamp, it needs stairs. Also needs a better dock for boat access and to fish, especially with lower water levels like this year.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025My family had an amazing time in this beautiful home on Lake Champlain. Grace was a fabulous host who checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Burlington, Shelburne and the surrounding areas.

Stayed May 23, 2025We really enjoyed staying at this lake house. There were 6 of us. The kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. And we enjoyed playing games every night while listening to records. The best part was the sunsets over the lake and mountains. Absolutely unreal. The sky changed every few minutes, which was fabulous. We all sat around the fire out and enjoyed. This is an amazing rental for a family gathering, and the owners are very responsive and helpful. They have great area recommendations! We definitely want to stay here again.

Stayed May 16, 2025Just a really cool property with a great layout and fantastic views of the lake - the living room is the natural gathering point as people flow through the house. Comfortably slept 7 adults. Check in process was totally seamless and amenities were abundant and intuitive. Would absolutely recommend and may come back ourselves in the future.
