Secluded Lake Champlain Tiny House with canoe and kayaks on Private Beach

Everything was perfect. The view was gorgeous, the house was very neat and clean and the host was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing property! It felt completely private- perfect for the solo getaway I was looking for. The little home had everything I needed and the bed was super comfortable! Loved having access to the lake and fire pit, and the host was extremely communicative and friendly.

Intrigued to stay in a tiny house, wanted to see what it was like. Well appointed and tucked away by an amazing lake. Beautiful spot, felt like we were completely on our own, though town and restaurants were actually close by. Great spot to explore the area. The hamock grove will have to wait for a warmer day. We came for a NATURE BATH and were delighted with our experience. Secluded woods, stunning sunsets on the lake, fabulous hiking nearby. Comfortable beds (!) with refreshing breezes among the trees. Thoughtful & practical furnishings, and bonus was a wonderful library.

We absolutely loved the house! Surrounded by nature, total peace and quiet, and your own private beach on Lake Champlain. Nathalie is an amazing host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was one of the best vacations my wife and I have ever had!

Clean, modern, and comfortable tiny home. Very private lot. The host provided all the essentials, from beach towels, to pool towels, to seasoning, food storage, etc. The things I forgot, the host provided. So many thoughtful touches, including local information, that made our stay wonderful. We stopped at Shaws on our way in but Vergennes was close by and we recommend going if you want to grab a quick bite or go out for an ice cream. Beautiful farm country and scenic mountain views. Only recommendation would be to bring water shoes because of the rocky bottom of the lake. Don't let it deter you though! The kids went swimming and we all had a great kayak/paddleboard ride and saw eagles and osprey and SO MANY fish jumping from the water. It was magic! There was even a swing and hammocks for the whole family. We loved our stay. Perfect for a family of all ages. We had a wonderful trip and we will be back!

We loved everything about our stay. We couldn’t believe how private it was It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The beach was amazing to watch the sunset and enjoy a fire after a long day of hiking and exploring. We will most definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful property in the fall! A wonderful tiny house, if you’re looking for getting away from the world. Great location for tranquility and quiet retreat. Owner was wonderfully responsive. A small hiccup with a new electric stove, but otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED staying here! the house is adorable and we loved the privacy. The access to the lake was another awesome perk! 10/10 stay and will absolutely be back!

If you are needing a place to unwind, connect with nature, slow down and embrace picturesque landscapes and a friendly nearby town- this is the spot for you! We arrived late in the evening and had some questions for the host and immediately received answers and a personal visit. The property was in pristine condition and for a tiny home we found everything very well organized to maximize space and traffic flow easily to do all we needed. It was equipped with more things than expected -every possible need anticipated! The area was incredibly safe and we enjoyed the deer, birds and squirrels that visited us daily. The views from the hammocks and Fire pit area of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks were gorgeous and relaxing. The Vermonters nearby and throughout the state were so friendly and welcoming and as down to earth as you’ll ever want to meet. They were wonderfully kind and interested in us and enjoyed sharing some hot spots and places to eat. We spent our week one week before peak season in the Fall. The beauty of the changing leaves are just as you see on those wonderful postcards. It is truly a breathtaking space and the short pathway walk to Lake Champlain is convenient for a chill out campfire in the evenings while listening to the ripples of the water and all of nature. Book this gem. You won’t regret a single moment! Thanks again for a wonderful respite and some time to recoup and catch our breath dear Nathalie, Becky and Ray!
