Stayed Aug 4, 2025Quiet neighborhood,Very little vehicle traffic. 5 mins to closest store ,35 min to Destin. Has all the kitchen pots,pans,dishes,utensils. Cooked breakfast and used the grill outside .Only needed to bring the food .The patio by the pool is cozy. we played board games and relaxed .

Stayed May 29, 2025We stayed at this Vrbo home to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and had a great experience overall. When we arrived, the grass was a bit overgrown, but the issue was resolved the next day. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essential supplies, which made settling in easy.The decor is simple yet charming, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were extremely soft and comfortable—perfect for relaxing. The pull out sofas were smaller in size but functioned well once pulled out, especially for our group of teens.The highlight of the property is the screened-in pool and patio area. We spent most of our time there—it offered a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors without bugs. There is a small guest house located nearby (visible in listing photos), but we had no issues with the other guests during our stay.One item to note: we did receive a noise complaint from neighbors when the teens were in the pool area after the 10 p.m. quiet hours. While we couldn’t hear them from inside and they were trying to be respectful, future guests may want to be extra mindful of the noise rules in the evening.The home is located outside of the busy city areas, offering a peaceful environment, but most destinations (beaches, restaurants, etc.) were within a 15–20 minute drive. We would recommend this property for families or groups looking a quiet, comfortable stay.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Amazingly clean house. So perfect. Best rental I’ve ever had! Pool is perfect and enclosed. Owners are literally the nicest people. They responded to us so quickly and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. I usually dislike at least one thing at a place we rent…. And I can not think of a single thing I would change at this place. Thank you so much for letting us stay. Best vacation I’ve ever had.

Stayed Mar 19, 2024The property was clean and ready when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet which we really enjoyed. The bedding, while a bit firm, was really comfortable and we slept well. The temperature was too low to really enjoy the pool, but we did enjoy hanging out on the back patio grilling burgers! We wanted a low-key place without all the spring breakers and that exactly what we got. We enjoyed it quite a bit!

Stayed Jun 11, 2023We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was exactly as advertised. It felt very very cozy. The AC did stop working for a day but the host was very responsive and got a technician out there the next day and got it fixed. The host also refunded me a small portion for the inconvenience. Throughout that day, we kept all the fans on and we stayed in the pool to cool off as the pool was cold. So, not having a heated pool ended up working out perfectly for us. What I enjoyed the most was the location. In my opinion, it was very much secluded thus giving us privacy (which my family and I love). The only other thing I can say that would have made this stay more comfortable is having enough toiletry and other household items such as trash bags. We did run out on all of those necessities on day 3 as we were a family of 8 staying for 5 days. So we had to go to the nearest store to buy more. This was not an issue for us, but it definitely would have made for a more comfortable stay. The main stores and restaurants were about 15 minutes away but we enjoyed the ride to them as we were able to see more of the city. With that being said, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely book this home again in the future!
