Seneca Lakefront Bliss - On Wine Trail --Three Brothers, Ventosa, Geneva

Awesome property, very well maintained. This is our second stay and have been consistently pleased...will stay again!!!

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the place. The host was very kind, responsive, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. While the space was comfortable, a bit more attention to cleaning would make it even better, as we noticed some dust and cobwebs. There was also a minor maintenance issue near the wash basin that came loose, though thankfully nothing serious occurred. Additionally, having a smart TV and stronger Wi-Fi would have enhanced the experience. Overall, it’s a nice place with a welcoming host, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s waterfront home on Lake Seneca. The views from the back deck were beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting out by the lake to watch the sunsets. The small children with us could have played in the lake all day! The house had plenty of space for a large group and provided nice amenities. During our stay a few issues came up such as cleaning off the outdoor furniture before use, but Lisa thoughtfully addressed any problems that arose. Thanks for the great stay!

My family and I stayed at Wood and Water for a week and it was nice to have easy water access. We brought our own boat and kayaks to enjoy beautiful Seneca Lake. We had some issues that the host fixed in a timely manner and was very communicative. The house is constructed out of very pretty wood but has no insulation or sound proofing so there was no sleeping in (we had 3 young kids who woke up early). It was a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to a lot of wineries and breweries. We loved walking to Geneva every morning from Seneca Lake State Park. Overall, we had a great stay!

We spent 2 days in Geneva in this cabin. We had a long day of travel via train from NYC and then car from Rochester and didnt not get to cabin until around 9p. We did not receive check in information and I was scared that I wasn’t going to get in. I did call the owner and she shared the door code with us. The listing was confusing as it states it sleeps 14 but really only has beds for 11 one of them being a small pull out couch. The ac units in the main floor were not working. The owner said they would send someone to fix them but this never happened. The worst came the last night as the septic tank backed up and there was sewage spilling into basement. The entire house smelled like sewer. We came home late from exploring and didn’t notice right away. Also the upstairs shower is almost unusable. Minimal water comes out of the faucet. This cabin can be better with a few improvements. The location is great though

11 of us stayed in the house for the weekend. It is very spacious has plenty of cookware and tableware. Lisa was very prompt at getting back to text messages. Plenty of bathroom space and towels. In fact, my daughter tried to book this for June and it was already booked up.

Was clean beautiful house on the lake with amazing views!

We stayed at this VRBO with eight of our friends for our wedding weekend. We booked Thursday to Sunday. When we arrived at the VRBO there was a man inside. Turns out he was the landscaper and he was cleaning the house because the host thought were arriving Friday. (We booked this a year and a half ago). Mistakes happen and we appreciate the landscaper taking over the cleaning responsibility to get us in the house, but there were things that were missed (tissues and food on the floors of some of the bedrooms). The host was not very responsive to messages. Also, of note, the master bedroom only has a tub, no shower. The deck and dock were nice to use. There was plenty of seating for all of us to hang out. I personally would not stay here again based off my experience.

We had a group of 13 for a girls trip. There was plenty of room for all of us.

We were in town for my son's wedding at Seneca Ridge and Lisa's place was perfect!

Wonderful time with kids and grandkids lakeside. Great times renting pontoon boat, swimming in the lake, and pulling kids on tubes. Lake shore/beach has algae accumulation so not good for kids playing. Swimming off the dock is good. No recycling services available so more information about where to take cans and bottles would be extremely helpful.

Our stay was great! We had a great mix of outdoor and indoor fun and relaxation at the property. The house is rustic/country beautiful!

This home was just as described. Clean upon arrival. The view is beautiful. There was plenty of seating for our large family. And hooks already in the trees for our hammock! The walk down to the water is a little steep, but perfectly manageable.

A beautiful location right on the lake to watch the sunset. We had plenty of room for our family. We stayed two nights during commencement weekend- it’s about a 50 minute drive to Ithaca. A couple of things to note: the master bathroom has only a jacuzzi tub there is no shower but there is another bathroom on the lower level with a shower. There are no closets in the bedrooms but a few hooks on the wall so we hung our slacks and blouses on hangers we brought. You have to take the garbage out to a dumpster at the top of the road and must carry out any refundable as they are not allowed in the trash. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and time spent with family. Thank you Lisa.

My family and I had a great time hanging out by the lake! The house was cozy and clean. We’re excited to come back again!
