All the amenities were in good condition and the property was well furnished and decorated, as well as conveniently located - it wld have received a 5 star rating if we didn’t have to provide the sheets!

The house was lovely with everything we needed. Spa pool was private and clean. Our small dogs were very happy in the safe secure back yard. We would definitely love to come back

Excellent place to stay. Clean and modern, close to the beach.

The home was fine but it was the fact the owner entered the property without our knowledge or consent to take a package that had been delivered to him that we put on the kitchen table. He could’ve messaged and we would have made a time for him to collect it. We only found out he had entered the property when I msged him before check out that there was a package delivered and he said he got it! I I was shocked and horrified! I’ve never had a host or landlord enter a property without consent and believe it’s unlawful! The host did one fair thing and that was instruct his cleaning lady to leave the trinkets my daughter left behind outside for pick up.

Didn’t have pets,Only thing was the wifi signal was weak in the lounge so the broadcast on the tv would pause more often than we would have liked

Nice house, lovely walnut and fruit trees. Near the beach, great for dogs. Easy checkin and good communication. Quiet location, even with occasional aeroplane going over.

This is the last of three Vrbo properties on my 3-week trip in New Zealand. The house is very nice but is the second most expensive places that we had stayed. It has everything (including a hot tub!) except neither linen nor shampoo/soap are provided. It's an extra 50 for the linen. My understanding is that you can buy your own for less if you are just visiting the country and cannot bring your own.

Absolutely amazing home, away from home, made the babies super comfortable, and settled, and the stay in nelson with little ones bearable, 12 year old loved relaxing in the spa. Highly recommend, clean tidy and homely, having lived in tahuna enjoyed being in the familiar area

Great place to stay, very handy to Nelson and Richmond. Very clean and tidy with all the mod cons. Huge secure backyard, absolutely perfect for canine companions, you didnt have to worry about them escaping and they could spend outside unsupervised. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Very secure. Would loved to have stayed longer.

We loved this place. It is quite large and has everything you need. The large back yard with BBQ and hot tub was my happy place. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are a good size. Paul was very accommodating and provided anything we needed. I would not think twice about staying here again. The price was incredible for what you get.

Clean comfortable spacious property.Note you are required to provide your own sheets. Towels and toilet paper are stored in the cupboard at the end of the hall. (Note pull handle) City Mission in Christchurch now has new sheets towels and toilet paper.

Stayed here during a sporting event.Very well presented, spacious home with a spa. Have Sky was an added bonus which was great for chilling out after dinner.

Great to have your own place for a change with no sharing. Very well presented with a fence lawn and outdoor area including deck and spa. Fantastic and bonus 2 minutes to golf course and driving range.

Very well maintained place with excellent facilities

Communications were great and I received the home access info in advance, which was great so we were prepared for arrival. This place is extremely clean with immediate homey feeling which made us comfortable right away. About 15 minute walk to beach and restaurants and reasonable drive to Abel Tasman so loved the location. The hot tub was a bonus after a busy day sightseeing. Remember to bring bed sheets as none are provided as is standard per local vaca rental standards and is outlined in the listing (we are from US so didn’t travel with any but Paul was able to provide for small cost). From host to property … this was a winner all around.

This is a lovely property to stay at. Many extra's including a spa pool. It was fabulous to take Tess, our labrador dog too. Mountain biking Coppermine, Silvan forest and Kaiteriteri mountain bike park was a treat. Loved our stay, thank you.

We love staying here. The garden is secure and the dogs love it, so close to the dog beach. We are returning customers!
