Conveniently located to SE Portland/Powell area. Big green backyard to sit outside. Clean and comfortable small house. Good communication from owners with contact info if we needed anything.

A little hard to find, but once found it was just right. It was clean and quiet. Bed was very firm, almost hard. Backache after sleep.

It is a bit difficult to find, but it is a cute place, and quiet behind the other buildings. The place is open and comfortable.

Overall the rental was good for the price. It was clean and nice yard. It was easy to find and get into. House was stocked for what we needed. My concerns during stay are lots of homeless people in area. Also there was an odor in the home that was intolerable. We spent one night and had to forgo the rest of the stay and went to a hotel. Overall experience 3/5.

Ricardo's property was exactly as listed in the description. The house was well maintained and was super comfortable for our group. The lawn added to the beauty of the property too. Overall, highly recommend this place and would definitely book again while visiting Portland.

Reasonable requests for cleaning, as long as you are good with keeping within your time frame you'll have a good stay, quiet area, heating and hot water work well though heating is a little noisy if it bothers you, parking is a little tight but not bad.

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to the airport and many downtown attractions. Not in a walkable neighborhood, but tucked away and secure. The host was extremely responsive.

The location of the house was quiet and felt tucked away. While not particularly close to the places we were going for entertainment, it was reasonable because of good proximity to freeways, 15-20 minutes was our average drive for Portland activities we did. We did not find the beds and pillows comfortable, but that's a subjective thing. Air conditioning was cooled things fast and effectively but was strangely loud. Didn't use kitchen or laundry, but looked nice. Wished for more plain coffee, not flavored. Hosts were kind and very responsive to messages.

We came from Las Vegas. So we appreciate the backyard and the trees. The driveway neighbors had a lot of stuff in their yard. Once you drive past that you are in your own little oasis of trees, grass and cuteness! One of the two bedrooms my kid loved the low ceiling. He felt like it was his own. My husband couldn’t stand up straight. The other parts of the house were great. We wish we had more time to stay and explore. The house was well equipped with everything you could need for a week or more stay.

I was very thankful to have a quiet little space to hang out and decompress on my trip up to Portland. This home fulfilled our needs for two nights! Access need note: the shower is on the shorter side. I am about 5'5 and a half inches tall and I was fine with the shower height, but I think this shower would have been a little tight if you are 6 ft tall. By and large, the house was clean. However, if you are a stickler for attention to detail or you are expecting like a five-star hotel, you may be a little disappointed. For example, some of the baseboards had some dust and there was a couple strands of hair in the shower when we arrived. Other things could have been a bit cleaner and one of the bedrooms had a interesting scent to it like popcorn. Thank you so much, Ricardo for a quick and easy check in/ check out experience!

House was dirty… didn’t appear to be cleaned.Bathroom dirty (gross), dirty towels, clothes dryer would’t dry towels completely, kitchen dishes needed washing before use, microwave filled with left over food, and empty bottle of bathroom disinfectant cleaning liquid in bathroom cabinet… so disappointing!!Owner refunded cleaning fee.

Really appreciate how quickly the owners got back to us regarding our questions, and it was so helpful to have a clothing iron and ironing board available, since we were visiting to attend a wedding. The place smelled a little musty upon first arrival and we had to air it out a bit. While there are two rooms, the second room is small and has really low ceilings (we assumed it was a storage closet that was remodeled). Overall the place served our needs, and it is good value for the price.

It was easy to communicate with owner. The house was spacious.A nice yard if you wanted to sit out sideA few inconveniences. bleach and plugin air fresheners are prevalent if you have breathing concerns.The bed is hard and noisy getting up and down.

This small house was clean and was recently remodeled with some nice features. We were comfortable and found it easy to access restaurants etc nearby.

I enjoyed the stay. The place was great. It was quiet but it took me a little while to find it the first night. I was driving at night and couldn't see the addresses and the location is not on the main road. But, that was the only issue. Everything else was great.

Home was as discribed. Clean and has all the basics. Two bedrooms one ceiling hieght is a little low. I would reccomend this to people who plan to use it primarly to Sleep. Its efficent and in a good location as long as you have a car. Enterance is a little tricky the first time as its a small drive way a bit hidden. Location was quiet and work perfect for us.

Everything was as described, except there was also a bathtub included with shower described (not just a shower stall) so better for kids.The beds WERE queen size, not full as another reviewer stated.It had everything one would need for a effortless stay. I would only suggest adding a few more plates and cutlery so one can have visitors/family to meals.Highly recommended! Owner was very easy to deal with and helpful.

The home is nice and cozy and perfect for a business trip if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Something that I was pretty worried about however is that the deadbolt on the front door did not lock at all. I tried everything to get it to lock, so I didn’t feel very secure, especially when there are homeless people living right outside the home next to the highway. I also heard several explosion sounds coming from outside, very close to the home.

We had a short hitch in Portland. The location, (even though next to the highway) was very quiet. Gloriously quiet. Large yard. Clean home. Clear efforts were made to maintain the house.Wonderfully responsive landlord (we had a tv glitch - he solved very quickly), well stocked kitchen and gas stove and a FANTASTIC shower. If you are a shower person… this is love in a bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spent the weekend in Portland for a friends wedding. This property is further from downtown, which we wanted. It was clean. The beds were a little small (advertised as a queen, but both are full beds), so my husband and I slept in separate beds for the weekend, but we were fine with it! Would stay there again for the pricing and easy jump to the highway to get to downtown.

My elderly mom and I stayed in Ricardo and Joy's house for 3 nights and it was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Check in/out were a breeze. We would stay there again.

The tiny house suited our needs to attend a relative's wedding. It was clean and plenty of linens were available. It is difficult to find, so suggest arrive in daylight.

Property was good. Kitchen could have been a little better stocked. My wife has a bunch of food issues and we needed a kitchen but it worked and was clean and comfortable.
